I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jaivir Rathore. He conducted a very thorough and detailed examination and took the time to understand my migraine history and concerns. Unlike many appointments that can feel rushed, Dr. Rathore listened attentively and allowed me to explain my symptoms in detail. He provided valuable information and guidance regarding my migraine care, helping me better understand my condition and treatment options. His positive demeanor, professionalism, and approachable nature created a comfortable environment where I felt heard and understood. Dr. Rathore has a very positive aura that immediately puts patients at ease. His compassionate approach, encouragement, and genuine concern for his patients helped me feel more confident about my treatment and recovery. He made it easier for me to express my concerns, ask questions, and actively participate in my care. I left the appointment feeling informed, reassured, and optimistic about managing my migraines. I highly recommend Dr. Rathore to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive neurologist.
I’ve only seen Dr. Rathore once and I have no complaints for him . The front desk staff on the other hand is what is getting one star . Hanging up on patients when they are trying to get information isn’t something you should be doing . I’m cancelling all of my future appointments only because of how I was treated by the front desk . Dealing with that isn’t worth the migraine that I’m trying to get rid of .
Doctor knows what he’s doing. Staff on the other hand doesn’t follow through on his orders. Been 2 weeks trying to get a prescription filled. No follow up on next appointment or any help, they just give you lip service and don’t even care!
Dr. Rathore is an outstanding neurologist. He is patient, caring, and truly understanding. His knowledge of neurology is extensive, and he brings a thoughtful and well-educated approach to every case. One of the things that sets him apart is his ability to work efficiently and effectively. While many specialists require months of back-and-forth appointments, Dr. Rathore often manages to complete diagnostic work within a single visit. He reviews scans, labs, and symptoms quickly, yet carefully, and develops a thoughtful treatment plan without unnecessary delays. It’s important to note that you may wait past your appointment time - as you might see in these reviews. However, this is because he takes as much time as needed with each patient. In return, you will likely get more face time and personal attention from him than almost any other doctor. The wait is more than worth it. The quality of his work and the efficiency of his diagnostics mean that what you accomplish in one visit with him might otherwise take three or four visits with another neurologist. A couple of hours in the waiting room is nothing compared to several appointments stretched out over months. He came highly recommended by my primary care physician, who told me that as long as I was patient, it would pay off—and it absolutely has. Dr. Rathore is not only a skilled doctor but also a kind person who believes his patients, listens carefully, and works hard to determine the best course of treatment. If you’re willing to be patient with the wait times, you will receive exceptional care from a very highly educated physician. He is truly worth it
I scheduled an appointment a month ago due to horrible nerve pain in my wrist from an IV that was placed incorrectly during labor. My appointment time had been set to 3:30pm. I received a call from the office asking if I could come in earlier at 2pm. Originally I said I couldn’t come in before 2:30pm because my husband needed to accompany me so he could care for our newborn. I don’t have anyone else in the city to care or help us. They rescheduled me to 3pm. We had something come up today & I called to see if that 2pm appointment was still available. They said yes & moved it. Getting out of the house with a newborn while my wrist is in so much pain that I can barely carry him some days or do something as simple as brush my teeth is a huge task. We made it at 2:05pm. I had been waiting for an hour when I decided to ask how much longer because again, we had something else to take care of later. They said the doctor was running behind. I asked if at the very least he would see me before 4pm & they said no, there was no chance of it… I had to reschedule my appointment for 2/3 weeks out & wasted an entire trip… meanwhile, my wrist will continue to get worse. No one bothered to make any accommodations. The receptionist was the only one who cared. Horrible.
I wish I could’ve given this clinic a zero star.. Dr Rathore Is a wonderful doctor however , the persons in the office are incompetent, they’re always gonna reach back out to you and they never do, I have been reaching out to these people in the office and I’m always on hold.. I am so tired of this, I will have to find me another neurologist!
Been to several neurologists in surrounding area and my wife was told basically having epilepsy for 25 years that it's only anxiety . Visited Doc J's yesterday for first time and the visit was a breath of fresh air where a neurologist cared for his patient spending several hours and truly honoring his profession . Care and healing only start where there is compassion for your patients and everything else will follow .Thank you Dr.Jaivir Rathore!!!
Dr. Jaivir Rathore was the only doctor that was able to help me with my severe migraines. I have suffered from migraines since I was a child and had taken topamax my whole life. Topamax is to prevent migraines but it was not working for me. I would still get chronic migraines where I was not able to look at the light, I would get nauseous, and so sick that I was unable to do anything. I had to lay in bed, take two ibuprofens and try to fall asleep to stop feeling pain. I was also given Bultabital for when I got a headache, but it didn’t work. Until I saw Dr. Rathore and he prescribed Ajovy. My life completely changed! I no longer suffer of severe migraines. The amount of times I get a migraine reduced significantly! Not only that, but he found a medication that actually makes my headaches go away when I get them. I now do the Ajovy injections once a month to prevent migraines and take Ubrelvy for when I do get a migraine. Thank you so much for fixing an issue I have been suffering with for years. My migraines were so bad that I would go by my day fearing I would trigger a migraine. Now, I hardly ever get them and I always carry my ubrelvy medication in case I get one.
Great care! He has helped so much with my migraines and willing to try new solutions until you find the right one. I never feel rushed during our appointments as he takes his time to make sure he goes over everything and you understand the treatment plan and options
We love Dr Rathore and his office staff. Our son has been seizure free for the first time in many years. The seizure study was excellent. Dr Rathore genuinely listens.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
