I recently had a procedure done by Dr. Bassin. I must admit, I was very nervous about this as it was my first procedure. His staff made this a very comfortable and rewarding experience! The procedure went great! I had little to no pain, and I seen results within a week! I would definitely recommend and I can't wait to have additional work by this office!

Dr Roger Bassin is not only a gentlemen, but truly a magnificent Doctor. His talents have truly exceeded my expectations. Stress will certainly age you. I went through a truly rough time in my life, and Dr Bassin gave me back what was stolen from me. I am a beautiful person, but my outside just didn't match my inside. I have been wanting to change my appearance on my face for quite sometime. But you just don't run to the first doctor you find. Especially when it's your face. I have been doing my home work on Dr Bassin for about 3 yrs. And I decided to put my trust in him. His work speaks for its self. My recovery was truly painless (I took Tylenol once for headache)and I healed very quickly I am just beyond words. I will forever be grateful. Thank you so much Dr. Bassin for your exceptional skills and the love that you have for your talent and patients. I feel beyond incredible❣Ps~His staff is amazing and they treat you like family❤ And I am only 2 weeks post op.

Terrible and painful experience...suffering for 8 months! Eye lids done and now severe dry eye. I'm spending thousands to find relief. My life of outdoor sports, sailing, biking, etc. is history. This man is cruel and callous. He loves money! He will hurt you and ignore your cries of pain. Told me that he was 'chewing on the excess skin from my eyes!'

DO NOT GO TO DR. BASSIN! This was the worst and most Painful Experience of my life…. Dr. Bassin changed my life dramatically eight months ago. It is just now that I can write about it and want to warn others. My eyes burn every day. I do not know if this man is a competent physician. I do know that he 1. Does not explain his procedures well / written info is incomplete 2. Dr. Bassin’s told me he was chewing on my eyelid skin 3. He inflicts intense pain and does not stop or make an effort to mitigate the pain. He works faster and slides you out 4. He lied to Medicare of costs and procedure. They are investigating this. 5. He has NO after-care. He operates, puts you out the back door, and does not follow up on his work. Do not go to this man! He should not be allowed to practice medicine of any type. The Hippocratic Oath states that the physician ‘shall do no harm.’ He inflicted pain and harm. My eyes will bother me for the rest of my life. I wake in the mornings, thinking of the pain.
