The procedure lasted 30 minutes and they gave me 4 shots and wrapped my leg. I was never told that my copay was going to be so high $1100. I had mayor surgery’s and never have to paid this much. I was told that the insurance was going to cover everything. I feel worse than before and now a collection agency is after me. I call them as soonest I got the bill and I filed a dispute and they said they will contact me on two weeks. I waited over 3 weeks and did not hear from them, so I call back and request to talk to supervisor they say that they were busy and they will call me back which never happened. The were very unprofessional and now a collection agency is after me .

Exceptionally kind, approachable, informative and informed physician. In the few, recent encounters we've had with Dr. Guzman-Arrieta, I feel confident having my family member under his care. Being in the medical profession myself, I really appreciate a provider who takes the time to explain critical details about serious, and other more "benign" conditions in practical, layman's terms to non-medical patients & family members. He truly cares about his patients, and people, and it shows. We're so fortunate to be under his care and that of other exceptional providers at the Orlando Health Heart & Vascular Institute.
