My grandma absolutely loves Dr. Aydur. He is super welcoming and friendly. Never rushed an appointment, very informative and easy to communicate with. Great family doctor.
In all my years I have never met a doctor with a better ability to listen to what the patient is trying to convey and asking the right questions to get to the bottom of the issue. I praise this man everywhere I go.

As a new patient, I found Dr Aydur to be attentive with good "bedside manner". However, his assistant proved to be unresponsive. A prescription needed prior approval from my insurance company. I told the Dr this, his assistant said the script did not require approval. The pharmacy called and told me they couldn't fill it without prior approval. I called my insurance company and they sent the approval form to the doctor while I was on the phone. I immediately called the assistant (had to leave a message) and stated the form was on their fax, please return it asap and call me when the form was returned. No response, no call back. I waited two weeks and called Cigna again. They said they never received the form back, but if the doctor would call them they would give approval over the phone. I again called the doctor's assistant (again had to leave a voice message), stating please call Cigna immediately for approval and call me when you have done so. Again, the call to Cigna was never made, and no return call was made. Seriously? One failure like this is ok, human error, we all make mistakes. But twice? There's no excuse for that sort of inconsiderate lack of action. No matter how good a doctor may seem, a patient has to depend on the doctor's staff to be responsive to needs and inquiries. The doctor and Advent Health need to look into this issue and take appropriate action. Cannot recommend. I'd give ZERO stars if this review system allowed.
Can’t get through on the phone ever! No I don’t want to use the ridiculous portal. In and out quick if I do go there. Limited services.
Dr. Aydur is awesome! He cares about his patients and listens carefully to their problems. Also, his team is very nice and helpful.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
