Dr. Lu was my partner's pulmonologist. For several years he treated her for COPD. The last time she went to the hospital, she was diagnosed with end-stage lung cancer and died 4 days later. Unfortunately there are weird laws in Florida about who can sue for malpractice.

Follow up visit today to discuss CAT Scan results. Appt was for 2:30 and finally saw Dr Lu at 4:20. He had obviously not reviewed my scan beforehand but did attempt to explain the results to me. I have decided to seek a new doctor. I don’t think my case is easy but I am tired of “let’s try this for a month and see what happens”.
