My experience at Elove Health: Foot and Ankle Universal was one to remember. Alex(whom I’m hoping to see in two week when I do my follow up) Emma(my coach) & Dr. Hiba(my provider) was great. The procedure I had was very much traumatic for me but they were very attentive, compassionate and should get an award for patience with what I needed and coaching me through the procedure. Thank you all so much for everything. 🫶🏾

I have seen this office across the way from Dr. Aju George for quite a few years now. Wasn't called Evolve Health before but it was never relevant to me until today. I went to Dr. George for a routine check up and was complaining of pain in my left Achilles Tendon. His office referred me to Evolve. My appointment with Dr. George was at 1:00 PM, I was in Evolve's office by 1:30, immediately prompted to fill out new patient paperwork, the receptionist was able to waive my $15 copay because she knew to make my Medicare card my first insurance and my Humana Medicare my second insurance. I was seen by 2:00 PM, had 4 X rays and 1 ultrasound on site and a boot immediately. They did order an MRI which I am able to do at UDI. Hopefully they can fix my tendon before it really tears! Great staff. 😁

Amazing experience from start to finish! First, the scheduling team fit me in last minute for a painful ingrown toenail - so grateful. Confirmation texts/emails incl everything I needed to complete - which made check-in a breeze. Front desk staff we were warm and inviting. Lastly, Dr. Hiba Mohiuddin made sure to take time to hear my concerns, chat about my history and was so gentle during the procedure. Hopefully I don’t ever need their services again 😅 but absolutely recommend!
