If I could give negative stars I would. This is THE WORST doctors office. Im not sure how they stay in business. They have the WORST customer service and they NEVER address your concerns. Finally when you apply pressure they half ass do something about it. I needed them to fix a referral they gave me since I could not book the appointment the way they ordered it. Its been 4 days countless calls and even spoke to a manager and its STILL NOT SOLVED They rather argue with you than just fix the damn paper I will never bring my kid back there. And I will be writing the BBB amp CFPB

When we first moved from NY I had no idea what drs would be like for the kids. We found First Choice and it is definitely a great fit for all 3 of my kids

Beyond pleased with my experience at FCP Lee Vista. The staff is welcoming and attentive Office Manager is professional and courteous at all times. Dr. Young and MA’s cared for my newborn with the utmost attention and love

I have been going to this facility since my daughter was 1 month . She’s now 6 and I have not had a disappointment yet That staff is amazing and her doctor doctor Young is just as amazing I know she’s goes through so many patients but she remembers my daughter like she just saw her yesterday Even if I move from the Orlando area I will travel just to come to this specific Facilty . Very welcoming . Clean and trustworthy
