First Choice Pediatrics's Online Review Report Card

I’ve been trying talk with anybody from this location and I wait wait wait in line and nothing. I wanted to make an appointment when my daughter wasn’t feeling well and I couldn’t. I want to cancel an appointment I can’t because nobody answered the phone.I can’t do anything online either because all the information I put in it is not rightHow??? How come a place never answered the phone? I have prove on my phone how may times I called and waited waited So frustrated

1. They had a doctor leave which required us to change our PCP. We had been to this office 45 times already2. We show up for our appointment not knowing any of this because we were never contacted3. They claim to have contacted us but we then find out that they had the wrong phone number data entry error on their end4. They would not see our daughter until the PCP was updated which is difficult to do on the phone5. Generally rude and arrogant service at the front desk

Today I called twice I was on hold for 30 min someone Diane picked up and hang up on me called again 30 min on hold.. And so so all day.Do you know why we call you guys?Because we have a sick child at homeThis is so inconsiderate and poor care for your patients especially that you work for kid. I am very upset I cannot ask a question or get my kid schedule for an appointment because you don’t even pick upOf you don’t care case is not your child or maybe you don’t care for your eitherPick up your phone

Excelente lugar Excelente pediatra Dios la Bendiga Dra. Apenas nuestra segunda vez y mis hijas las adoran. Gracias a todo el personal por su excelente atención paciencia y dedicación.

El dinero está por encima de la salud de los niños se negaron atender a mi bebé aun cuando ofrecí pagar la consulta con mi dinero. Secretarías mal educadas. No los recomiendo para nada.

Ótimo atendimento de toda a equipe. Dr Lucier além de excelente entende português muito bem. Percebi que toda a equipe faz atendimento em inglês português e espanhol. Local super limpo e todos super cuidadosos. Realmente minha melhor experiencia medica aqui na Florida
