This place has gotten bad. My daughter never had an issue when she had appointments and because the pcp that attended her was not on her card they try to bill me. On top of that the manager Anna refuse to give me my daughters forms for her medication to give to her school. Very unprofessional and petty. I did report her because she doesnt deserve the title she has. That is not how things are done. Another time I went there with my grandson and the manager was yelling at the front desk Employee in front of me and I thought that was uncalled for. First of all I was talking to the front desk the manager should had taken her to the back and discuss whatever the issue was because it wasnt with me. Horrible place. Im looking to take my child elsewhere.

The customer service and accessibility by phone is the WORST I was on hold on their automated system 4 different occasions for over 30 minutes only to have the phone answered by a call station with a person who was clueless and sent me back to a automated message. My pharmacy had the same experience 3 days in a row. Office sent over prescription without any directions of dosage and did not reply to faxes sent for dosage instructions. My daughter still does not have her medication and I am going to drive to the office to talk to an actual person. WARNING FIND ANOTHER OFFICE THE LOCATION MAY BE CONVENIENT BUT THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

Dr. Owsik is the most amazing physician I love the option for a televisit for follow ups or in person if my kids are sick. She listens to all my concerns and responds in great detail so I never have to leave the office with any questions. She is extremely competent and we are grateful to have her as our primary physician.

Love it here been taking all 3 kids since I moved to Orlando and I would recommend here for anyone who has kids. Staff is great and very effective and effective at their jobs

Do not take you child to get their COVID test here. Ive scheduled two and each time ive waited over an hour and a half. Im almost certain they forgot about meare not very organized when it comes to administration of tests.I would have been better if getting it done at the ER.
