This office has completely gone down hill. My kids have been going here almost brushing up on 3 years . At the beginning they were pretty good . Easy to get in even same day now it would be a miracle to get someone on the phone. Ive been needing them to edit a script request for a bit now constantly messaging in the portal and calling no one gets ahold of me and my son needs this done . I now need them to send a referral to a specific facility and still cant get anyone on the phone or answer from the portal . Theyre making my life harder im trying to get things send to places in a timely manner and they are dragging things out for my son .

If I could give negative stars I would. This is THE WORST doctors office. Im not sure how they stay in business. They have the WORST customer service and they NEVER address your concerns. Finally when you apply pressure they half ass do something about it. I needed them to fix a referral they gave me since I could not book the appointment the way they ordered it. Its been 4 days countless calls and even spoke to a manager and its STILL NOT SOLVED They rather argue with you than just fix the damn paper I will never bring my kid back there. And I will be writing the BBB amp CFPB
