Yeah this place has to be a joke or something. I called to make an appointment was on hold for 18 minutes, when she finally answered the phone she said it was the "Orange City" location even though I know I pressed 4 for the Curry Ford location and didn't even hear an option for Orange City. She was kind of short with me when I asked for the location again just to make sure I heard the right thing. She claimed she was going to transfer me to the Curry Ford location, and of course when she did I was almost immediately sent to voicemail. After trying to call the correct location a handful of times with no luck, (being put on hold each time) I just gave up. What kind of establishment is this?

Was referred here by another doctor, called to try to get an appointment, they were not helpful and extremely rude. Let my referring doctor know that maybe they shouldn’t be referring patients here.

I had called for months already trying to make an appointment. We have also tried online and there has been no response from the office. It’s unbelievable that they are never available to take a call.

I was a patient with Dr Lynn on getting injections for immacula degeneration in my eye I found him to be rude I couldn't understand him he was rough and I left them the best thing I did I went to Retina Institute in Orlando they are professionals and those are really really good eye doctor Specialists immaculate so letting you know stop wasting your time with that doctor and go to a real place that can take good care of you you're truly Lewis Rivera

I was referred by my doctor to this place for my eye care. I called several times throughout the week to set up an appointment with absolutely no luck. There is just an answering machine that gives you the run around with no luck whatsoever. I try to go online to set up an appointment, and the results are the same. What kind of eye business is this? They really should hire a receptionist who can assist you with appointments instead of a machine. Had to contact my doctor to please refer me to another optometrist. Incredible

The doctor was great the front office staff full of attitude and rude. I needed to reschedule my appointment that was scheduled initially for July and I have yet to receive a call back to do so after someone hung up on me.

The doctors are great. But the front desk, they have a really bad attitude. And the person who adjust your glasses, I think the person has special needs. Not too sure if it's autism or what. But it's not the right job. They would be better off behind the scenes.

I really enjoyed my eye exam visit with Dr. Grubbs and his assistant, Patricia who did the preliminary tests. Dr Grubbs is great... very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. I highly recommend him and the Florida Eye Clinic.
