I took my uncle for an appointment to be evaluated. After 2.5 hours we never saw the doctor. The physician's assistant told us she would send us a doctor's order for a test on BP to be done for the next two weeks before our next appointment and a change in meds. We never got either order. I called twice and never got a call back. We were supposed to have another appointment tomorrow. I did not get a call from the doctor's office until after I left a message cancelling the appointment. What a waste of time.
