Praise the LORD!!! Garay Eye Care and Surgery Center is where you go if you care about your eyes!! They care about your eyes too !! Dr.Cynthia Franco is very knowledgeable, patient and kind.A few weeks ago I had an emergency with my right eye almost swollen shut ,my left eye was also swelling up and I was in a lot of pain.i didn't have an appointment but because it was an emergency I was seen right away,!! Thank YOU JESUS!!! Dr Franco quickly diagnosed my.condition and had me start on antibiotics right away.When I saw her today for a followup visit, it was a blessing to see how much I had improved.I highly recommend Garay Eye Care and Surgery Center.

Dr Garay performed my cataract surgery the end of 2025 and it was outstanding. Dr. Garay Is very professional, personable and She’s a trusted eye doctor/ Surgeon. My distance vision I don’t need glasses. For reading sometimes I use my glasses sometimes I don’t. She did a fantastic job. And she has such a genuinely sweet personality.

I have been seeing Dr. Franco for many years, and I truly appreciate the exceptional care she provides. She is always attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough in addressing all of my eye concerns. This has been my eye care center for more than 20 years. Excellent Eye Care. I had my cataracts removed I see better than I have seen since I was a teenager. The doctors and the staff are very professional and personable.
