Hasan Shahab's Online Review Report Card

Should be ZERO stars. Dr. Shahab Hasans lack of communication and lack of willingness to operate in fair billing practices makes himher a bad choice for healthcare. Be careful if you have been hospitalized at an Advent Healthcare facility. This doctor billed me IN MAY 2021 for services supposedly rendered in OCTOBER 2020 during a hospital visit. I was billed for 70 minutes of Hospital Care one day and 35 minutes of Hospital Care the next day for a total of $858.00. I was in hospital for an issue completely unrelated to any kidney problems and NEVER saw this doctor. It is possible that heshe was consulted by hospital doctors however I can positively say that I was never seen by Dr. Shahab Hasan and certainly heshe never spent 105 minutes administering any sort of healthcare or advice to me. Heshe is out of network for my insurance which was also billed. The office will not answer or return calls about billing questions. When I disputed the bill in writing advising them that I had not seen this doctor and had obviously been billed in error I received no reply and believed that an issue had occurred on their end and been corrected. The next communication was from a collection agency. If I wish to maintain my excellent credit rating there is no choice but to pay the exorbitant bill that I do not actually owe.

Dr. Shahab is a wonderful doctor and really cares about his patients. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great place.

The best doctor ever. This gentleman held my wife’s hand and explained every anxiety she had. She walked in crying and left smiling and relieved.

First off he doesnt take any covid precautions. No temperature checks he doesnt even check them for your chart. Secondly he took me off my diabetic medication saying it would only raise my sugar 10 points. When it went from 130 on average to over 200 I tried calling and wouldnt get called back. Also he wanted me to go for an ultrasound but gave me the order on a prescription pad that didnt have any codes or anything so that when I called simonmed I couldnt give them the information they wanted. So that when I called the doctor about my sugars I asked them to fax over an official order to Simon med because they had been calling them for a copy of the order as well and never got it. They kept saying they would. They havent done that either so with all that I am changing providers they dont care about patients

Dr Shahabb is the best kidney doctor I’ve ever met we do not trust no one but him he is our family’s everything he makes sure his Pacient are well taken care of he don’t miss a beat in what he do when you say someone has a passion Shahabb has a passion he loves what he do every Pacient to him is a precious diamond. Trust we he is the Best. We the Jackson’s love you 1 Dr Shahabb

Sorry to say but Dr Shahab is a scam. He allegedly saw my wife when she was at the hospital for an outpatient procedure. We told him we have our own doctors but still elected to bill medicare 500 dollars then comes to us for another 71 dollars. There has to be a place i can report him to.

The customer service at this practice is atrocious. They’ve cancelled my grandfather’s appointment twice and in both occasions have failed to call us.

Dr. Shahab has been taking care of my mom for many years. If it wasn’t for Dr. Shahab and Dr. Patel my mom wouldn’t be around today. They are very caring professional and go out of their way to make sure my mom’s health is important. They listen and explain what we need to do to keep her healthy and from going through dialysis. I would definitely recommend Dr. Shahab for patients with kidney problem. I also love the staff they are friendly and very helpful. Thank you Dr. Shahab and Dr. Patel

Will do nothing to help you. Always wants to push you straight to dyalusis.
