Great place and the only one I'd use for chiropractic care. Dr. Bo can set you up with the knowledge you'll need to get healthy and feeling great again. Although I went here originally for an auto accident which left me with back and neck injuries. I have continued to apply what he taught me during my visits there. Several years later I am in as good or better shape now than when I was in my 30's and 40's. I will be 60 in a few months and workout with weights and cardio 6 days a week still using some of the rehab exercise's he taught me 4-5 years back. Since then I have used this practice on the rare occasion I experience some discomfort in my injured areas and Dr. Bo always has me back up and running within a few sessions.

I can't express enough gratitude for the exceptional care I received and continue to receive from Dr. Lauren Sanderson at Health First Chiropractic. After suffering from a torn rotator cuff, I was referred to her by a friend, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. I was going for physical therapy and it just kept getting worse and worse and I really did not want to have any surgery. When I started seeing Dr. Lauren about a month and a half ago, the pain gradually started to ease up. Thanks to her expertise and her state-of-the art equipment, I now have no pain at all. I went to my orthopedic doctor yesterday because he was going to give me a steroid shot. He was truly impressed with the strength and range of motion that I now have, and decided against giving me the shot. I highly recommend Health First Chiropractic before making any decisions about having invasion procedures. Health First Chiropractic and the entire staff are extremely professional and caring.

After being involved in a car accident, I was treated by Dr. Bo Sanderson. Before the accident, I had never treated with a chiropractor. I had preconceived notions that they would simply "crack and rack" my bones. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I visited Dr. Bo's office and saw the various therapies available. Dr. Bo was very patient with me and took his time to explain what needed to be done to help with my neck issues, which were also causing migraines. After my treatments and now with monthly follow-ups, my neck issues have been resolved my migraines are almost non-existent. The office staff is also very welcoming and professional.

Not a real chiropractor, does not do real adjustments. For $75, he will spend 10 minutes rubbing the area with his hands and hitting it with a tiny mallot. Absolute waste of time and money. If you meet the patient and are not willing to provide actual adjustments, then DON'T TAKE THEIR MONEY. :(

Since Dr Lauren Sanderson has been treating our daughter for frequent migranes we have noticed a significant reduction in migrane occurances and severity. We appreciate the entire staff's considerate attention during our appointments and our daughter looks forward to her visits.

Dr. Lauren Sanderson is the best chiropractor that I have ever been to. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to talk to. She has helped me with shoulder injuries and my son from wrestling injuries. Next is my husband. He has trouble sleeping due to his hips and a previous spinal fusion surgery. We drive 40 minutes just to see her. Her staff is very welcoming and professional. I would refer Dr. Lauren Sanderson to all of my family and friends.
