For the last 11 years our daughter has had the blessing of having Dr. Cardona and staff take care of her medical needs. Families that I have referred have been very happy with their knowledge and professionalism. Dr. Cardona was referred by a doctor who is a family friend. He has been life changing for our daughter. Thank you Doc!

El peor servicio que eh recibido en años , increible que tengan gente como ella tratando a la gente como si nos regalaran las cosas. Una lastima que llame para informarles de nuestra situacion y te hablen como si fueras tonto o como si te regalaran su servicio. Ubiquen a ella que gracias a mi y muchos tiene trabajo. NO VENGAN Y NO PIERDAN SU TIEMPO AQUI! Malas caras y malos tratos . PESIMO SERVICIO

El dr. Cardona es muy profesional y dulce con los niños. Llevo a mi hija desde hace 5 años. Lo recomiendo!

This review is based on office personal, especially (Cynthia) whom seems to be the office manager. She is arrogant, un empathetic and doesn’t know the meaning of professionalism. She creates an unrelaxed and unfriendly atmosphere in an establishment where mothers are extremely stressed and concerned over having a sick child/ren. Cindy, needs take a customer service course, ASAP! Doctor Cardona is the most caring pediatrician and I have deep respect for him.

My son love Dr. Cardona! He have been his pediatrician since he were born. (6 yrs). He is caring and have excellent service. It is by appointment, if you don't have appointment and you call they will squeeze you in and will take you exactly at the time your appointment is. No waiting! The office staff are amazing! I highly recommend him!

DR. CARDONA has been our family doctor for 16+years ! He is very attentive, and patient with children of all ages. As my kids have grown they still love to visit Dr. CARDONA and feel comfortable in his office with all the staff to discuss any issues or concerns. Dr. C never shys away from a conversation, it's always honest and factual.

Dr Cardona had been my son’s Doctor since Garrett was about 4 years old. He came to work at Windermere Peds. When Dr C. went out on his own… my son insisted on finding him. In fact we found out He was on his own. Called from the parking lot n got an appointment 2 hrs later. My son aged out or He would still be going there.

Dr. Cardona is the 3rd pediatrician we have had since moving to Orlando 3 years ago and the 2nd since I had my 5 month old. We are extremely picky (as I feel you should be) when choosing a pediatrician for our children. We left the other doctors we were seeing for multiple reasons. Dr. Cardona's office has been nothing short of AMAZING since the very first phone call to set an appointment. The office staff is a pleasure to talk to over the phone and in person. Very friendly and helpful and has ALWAYS answered the phone (one major problem we were having with previous doctors office). There is basically no wait at all..in the waiting room or once you get to the room (previous doctor had us waiting minimum an hour). Now let's talk about why we adore Dr.Cardona. From the second he stepped into the room at our first appointment, he was extremely friendly and had a very warm way about him. My 4 year old immediately giggled at his jokes and felt comfortable. He now says he loves his doctor is happy to go. Dr. Cardona also diagnosed an ear infection right away at our first appointment (something the previous doctor didn't even diagnose). He never makes you feel rushed and actually listens to you as a parent and thoroughly communicates with you (which is another issue we had at previous doctor..the doctor would have one foot out the door before she even said hi.) We have had non stop illnesses due to starting preschool and have had to call the office after hours multiple times (late at night and weekends) and to actually have the doctor himself answer the phone and help you right away, is something that blew me away as a mom. It's exactly what you hope for! You're not transferred or told you will get a call back. You actually speak to the doctor caring for your children! Even if you call with a question during office hours, you WILL get a call back from him. My son had to see Dr. Karas during one appointment and we loved her too! She is so beyond kind and great with the kids! We drive 40 min to this office and it's the best decision I've made for my children. Unless I move out of state, I will always make the drive to this office. If you're hesitant about coming here, DONT BE!

We love Dr Cardona. My daughter is four and we have been bringing her there since she was born, he is patient, staff is super nice. He takes the time to explain what is going on. Very attentive e very kind.

Thought this pediatrician was wonderful then today had two extremely sick children who had been seen in the er this past Sunday and said probably a virus today four days later both children still with high fevers one child with fever that hit 107 never seen that before totally upset and scared. Put children in the car and raced to see the Dr only for the office staff to say I’m sorry your four minutes late and you can come back at 2 because they close for lunch. Unbelievable. Obviously I was wrong about this practice
