Rosie was great! First time with her. Sharon is GREAT!!! She is gentle and efficient. No high speed cleaner and it was a piece of cake. Highly recommend her. Enjoyed meeting the new dentist that has joined the practice.

I’m honestly disappointed to be writing this, especially because this used to be a wonderful practice and my husband has been a patient here since he was a child—nearly 50 years. Over time, the experience has really changed. I find the requirement of a deposit just to schedule an appointment, along with the excessive calls and text messages repeatedly following up on appointments—often very early in the morning—to be excessive and unprofessional. What was most disappointing was my husband’s recent cleaning. Sharon was a big reason he continued coming here all these years, yet when he arrived for his appointment, he was switched to someone else without any communication beforehand. Unfortunately, my interaction with Dawn also left me feeling uncomfortable and as though we were more of a number than longtime patients who had built a relationship with the practice. I also have to be honest that lately it feels like there is more emphasis on getting a Google review than on making patients feel genuinely valued and cared for. This is simply my personal experience and opinion, but after nearly 50 years of loyalty, it’s disappointing to feel this way. My husband and in-laws will now be looking for another dental practice. After almost 50 years, that really says something. Wild. …and no I am longer a patient of theirs!

Everyone here very nice and knowledgeable. Will come back. I have been a patient at Hillcrest Dental for nine years and have always had great care by Dr. Akkara and will definitely miss him. Dr. Nalini treated me this past visit and she was a great choice to take over the practice. The staff at this office is also wonderful and caring.
