Words cannot describe enough how easy, fast and warm and professional staff is here, in fact they want the extra mile in an effort in holding my order until I was sure I wanted the correct frames. I’m incredibly impressed with the Manager: Yazmin as well as the rest of their staff, Rena, Viviana and Sheila!!! …So impressed I want to buy them lunch! Incredibly accommodating and they can reach and connect with all in our central florida community!!! Thank you Dr Jaime Delgado and his wife Dr Sandra D!!! #TheBest!
The manager was mean and let some else take my spot even though we had a appointment at 11 and it was at 11:30 we waited a long time since we came early
Had an appointment for an eye exam for my child. Staff was great, Dr.Mauro was descriptive and professional, will continue to come back.
The type of quality this place offers is insane. I've never been disappointed with any of the glasses I've picked up. I really don't see myself going anywhere else. I'm actually picking up a new pair this afternoon lol. Safe to say that I'm a happy and loyal customer 🤙🏾
I have been to many eye care companies over the many years but I have to say I am most impressed with this practice Dr Mauro is amazing very knowledgeable efficient thorough honest and a very pleasant and caring person I actually wish I could see more of her The entire staff is beyond amazing They are all so pleasant helpful efficient funny almost like your best friends What a beautiful place Wish I needed to go more often
Brought my mother for a diabetic eye screening. Staff members helped her walk comfortably since she has knee pain. The doctor explained the scan reports in simple language instead of medical jargon. That made a big difference for our family.
My experience at this optometrist office was very disappointing. I received almost no guidance about progressive lenses, and Rena gave me several misleading assurances without asking basic questions needed for a proper fitting. When I picked up the glasses, the intermediate and reading zones were unusable. Rather than listening to my concerns, Rena became dismissive and argumentative, interrupting me repeatedly and even implying that I should stop talking if I wanted her to “explain” how the lenses worked. She insisted that my issues were normal and that my eyes would "magically" adjust—something the optometric assistant later admitted was not accurate. When I returned, the manager showed me a chart explaining how progressive lenses work—information I had never been given. Once I mentioned that Rena had not shown or explained any of that, the manager’s attitude shifted from dismissive to more professional. A second opinion later confirmed that the prescription was incorrect and the lenses were not aligned properly. The doctor was kind, but the service I received from Rena was unprofessional, disrespectful, and uninformed. The replacement single‑vision lenses they offered were also noticeably low quality and not comparable to what I originally paid for. I hope this helps future patients make an informed decision.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience. I’ve been a patient of this office for about 10 years now, and Dr. D has always been fantastic—which is why this situation is so upsetting to me. I recently paid $260 for a new pair of prescription glasses, and when I went to pick them up, they were NOT the frames I selected. I clearly remember trying the frames on, and ultimately choosing a different pair. I completely understand that mistakes can happen—especially with multiple frames out—but what’s really disappointing is how the situation was handled. Instead of acknowledging that there could have been a mix-up, I was met with pushback and repeatedly told that these were “definitely” & “100%” the ones I chose. It felt more like I was being argued with than helped. What made it worse was being told things like “it doesn’t matter” and “there is nothing that can be done,” after I had already paid $260. That response is honestly frustrating and unacceptable when a patient is simply trying to resolve an issue. I was even told they could “roll the cameras back,” which I would actually welcome—because these are not the glasses I picked. At the end of the day, I paid a significant amount of money for something I did not agree to purchase, and I’m just asking for a fair resolution. I will absolutely update this review once this issue is resolved.
Me atendieron muy bien
A lot of places won’t see children if they’re younger than kindergarten aged, but my son failed his ocular screening at his 3 year checkup, and he needed to see an eye doctor right away. When I called, they were incredibly kind and made us an appointment quickly. Being so young, he isn’t on my vision insurance but the price was not too bad. The facility was clean, and everyone was very professional. My low stars come from the actual appointment. The doctor snapped at my son repeatedly. He’s very tall for his age and so he looks 5, but he’s only 3. I reminded her, especially since he was seated and quiet the entire appointment. He didn’t cry or get out of the chair, but sometimes when she would talk he would turn his head to look at her and she’d snap “NO, face the front!” He’s a quiet and shy kid, and he was very well behaved. She offered no encouragement, and she was making him more and more nervous to the point that he was struggling to answer her questions. All in all, they got an accurate glasses prescription and are taking care of his eyes. But seeing that he will have to wear glasses for the foreseeable future, I would like him to have positive associations with going to the eye doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
