Illume Dental Studio's Online Review Report Card

Came here for the first time today for an emergency dental procedure before I left the country for a month. I have had bad experiences as a child with dentists and have a fear of going. The staff could not have been nicer and got the job done in no time! They took all of my anxieties away. The office is also beautiful and calming. Highly recommend this dental office!

Please do not go here. I did not want to write a bad review as everyone at this practice was super nice and friendly, however, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services. I had work done by them earlier this year and every single tooth they worked on had issues and needed work redone just months later. One of the teeth they performed a filling on cracked (not just a small crack either). Another one needed a whole new filling once I noticed a hole in it. The new provider that refilled this tooth told me that while cleaning it she found a bunch of decay underneath. They also lied to me about the severity of this issue. I went in after the tooth they work on broke and after I noticed a small black spot on another one of my teeth. They told me that the small black spot I saw was just "food staining" and that she had scraped it out. She offered to work on my teeth right then and there, but I was only there on my lunch break and would have to return later. They were really trying to get me to let them do the work on my teeth then. Once I returned home I noticed that the "food staining" she said she scraped out was still very much so there. I got a second opinion and they informed me that the black spot was DEFINITLEY a cavity. I have tried to resolve this with the practice, but they threw me off on a dental consulting practice that they seemed to have on hand. They have been very rude and unkind and have not been willing to work with me at all. If you want good work done please don't come here. They are all extremely nice and provide a good experience, but I cannot say the same for the quality of work done. I am extremely disappointed with my experience here and urge you to find someone else. They also charge way more than other practices, but I suppose that is because of the environment they have created. EDIT: I provided them with the documentation they requested to prove that the treatment was needed and done at another practice since they had lost my trust and it was dismissed. I also showed another dental hygienist my X-Ray that they took the day that they told me I just had "food staining" on my tooth, and she clearly saw the cavity on there. Even if they did not intentionally lie, they blatantly missed this somehow, which I find incredibly hard to believe. Genuinely, please avoid them.

This is the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. Everyone was welcoming and professional. The Sr. Was friendly and very gentle. No stress at this office at all.

First class care from start to finish, I’m more on the anxious side when going to the dentist but the staff and facilities put me at ease and I had a great experience. Would highly recommend it to anyone in the area, Julissa and Dr Do were fantastic and I look forward to going back in 6 months!

Im a very nervous patient and from the front desk gentleman to the x ray tech and also Dr. Do for making me feel so comfortable and less nervous to begin my procedures. It's extremely clean and beautiful and they make sure you are comfortable which is very important to me. If you are a nervous patient Dr Do is perfect for you. She is so sweet and informative.

I have been going to Dr. Do for almost 10 years! She is absolutely amazing. She clearly explains everything that needs to be done and during the procedure she is gentle and caring. She is well aware of the fear of dentists and does everything possible to make you feel comfortable. Her staff is second to none. They are friendly and professional and I actually look forward to going to the dentist now!

Excellent first visit with no issues. Great communication from the entire staff. From walking in and being greeted, the x-ray technician, dental hygienist, and final review, everyone was kind. My time was used efficiently. I enjoyed the extra amenities offered before the appointment. The blanket was nice as the office is wonderfully chilly. TV’s on the ceiling to watch while getting work done. Bonus there was a pediatric dentist next door for my kids.
