Horrible service! Waiting over 16 weeks for a cause of death. Has no concern for family left behind. I would not recommend him for anything.

Dr Joshua Stephany and the alleged killer Omar Mateen both were in previous separate movies and are listed on IMDb. Dr. Stephany stated in a press interview that when he was at the scene at the Pulse nightclub, he saw drinks that were just served, yet the shooting started after 2am. Dr Stephany was promoted to Chief Medical Examiner a few days after he examined the supposed dead bodies at the Pulse.
I just want to thank Dr. Joshua Stephany and his staff very much for keeping the Victims separate from the shooter from the horrific Orlando shooting. I saw the interview he did on CNN and that means alot under these circumstances because legally there was no obligation. The respect for the victims and their families and friends and loved ones that he and his staff showed is amazing.
Dear Dr Stephany, Please do NOT give statements to the press (regarding the massacre at the nightclub, Pulse), without taking a few minutes to read what's already been reported. You say, "...it doesn't appear that anyone suffered... prolonged suffering". Referring to the victims that were shot, and died in the worst shooting in American history. (Orlando Medical Examiner: "Take a Typical Homicide Scene, Multiply It by 50' June 15, 2016) What about Eddie Justice (New York Times, June 13, 2016 : Held Hostage in an Orlando Restroom, and Playing Dead to Stay Alive), who sent several text messages to his mother (Mina Justice) while trapped in a bathroom at Pulse, texting her "Mommy I love you". "I'm gonna die". "Call them mommy". "Hurry". No prolonged suffering there? There isn't a chance in hell that all 49 victims die instantly. I get it you deal with dead people, are new on the job, and are clueless when it comes to humanity. Stick a knife deep in your leg, let yourself bleed out for several hours, beg for your life, and then tell the New York Times how you didn't experience, "prolonged suffering". By the way, Eddie Justice died. And he (and his mother) were subjected to intense, and brutal prolonged suffering. Annelizabeth Wells

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
