Dr Wilson performed my surgery C3. C7 minimally invasive and it completely changed the quality of my life! It was a total success. Minimal pain and fast recovery. He has the BEST bedside manner, professional,empathetic,and caring Has the best team of nurses and they make you feel that you are in the best hands. My decision to have the surgery was the one best thing that I have made, I’m able to continue my life with quality and free of pain. Thank You Dr Wilson you are a STAR. People are going to think you paid me. But that is how happy and Fabulous the changed has been. Don’t ever change your bedside manner.

Dr K. Wilson is a professional,empathetic and compassionate doctor. After spending a year in pain and desperate for a solution, I had surgery C-3 C-7. It was a complete success! Minimal pain ,fast recovery and it completely changed my life! It gave me my life back. I’m very active and love exercise. Well I’m back at the gym and back wearing high heels ! His staff is fabulous! Don’t ever change and keep that beautiful smile and laughter! Thank you ! Thank You! Thank You!

I met Dr. Wilson at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, TX a couple of years ago, when he was still an active duty Major, staff in the NeuroSurgery Department. I was in a lot of pain, and had undergone a variety of treatments and procedures that did not help much. Then I met Dr. Wilson; from the first handshake I knew I could trust this man. Don’t get me wrong, our military specialists are top notch, highly skilled professionals, best of the best! But this man professes real empathy and truly cares about his patients’ well-being. I trusted my surgical treatment to him and his outstanding team. My pain levels came down and my quality of life improved significantly! I was sad to know he separated from the Army, and still miss him as a military neurosurgeon, but am willing to share him with the civilian world! He is truly amazing! Aida M. Dr. Wilson and his PA Amanda are phenomenal! I cannot thank them enough for not only listening to me as a patient in great pain, but also for the life they gave back to me after my surgery. The surgery went very well and was as minimally invasive as they could make it, speeding up my recovery and moving past the issues I USED to have. I recommend Dr. Wilson and Amanda whenever I hear someone is having neurological issues, they truly are the best!

Dr. Wilson is an excellent neurosurgeon! I went to him because he is a spine specialist and I needed a spinal fusion. He is very down to earth, knowledgeable, and passionate about his craft. I was nervous about going in to surgery but he and his team helped me feel comfortable through the whole process. I’m on the other side of surgery and have never felt better thanks to him!

Dr. Wilson really saved me from the terrible pain I was suffering in both my legs. He did surgery on me in April 2022 in my back to relieve pain in my right leg and February 2023 for the left leg. I'm out of pain. Dr. Wilson and his staff are professional and totally awesome.

Just finished reading the other reviews here of Dr. Wilson and his staff, all true! Dr. Wilson was very informative and professional in the office, but, much more importantly, a miracle worker as far as I'm concerned in the operating room. I had two badly cracked and arthritic discs (L3,L4) which effectively rendered me a cripple. The only pain free option for me was laying flat on my back, i could only sit for 3-4 min. or less. After the surgery now about 7 weeks, I'm a new man ! I'm walking and living again ! Thank you Dr. Wilson ! And thank you to Amanda Smith, Dr. Wilson's PA, for your excellent care and advice ! I highly recommend a visit to Dr. Wilson if you have any back or spine issues, the surgery was amazingly short in duration and the results were phenomenal.
