I’ve been a patient of Dr. Turner’s since 2003 at Mercy in Baltimore City. Due to her outstanding care, I have followed her to Howard County. I always leave feeling confident that all of my questions and concerns have been addressed to my satisfaction. I can count on Dr. Turner to listen to my concerns and to provide honest thorough healthcare during every visit. As long as she’s has a practice, I’ll be one of her patients. When you find a doctor that you can trust to always provide you with top notch individualized care, you stick with him/her!

Dr. Turner came highly recommended. So far, I have had 2 encounters with her and they were very very pleasant. She listened and even felt that we needed more time to meet and discuss my treatment plan. She was proactive and verified treatment necessity instead of just going with my own diagnosis. She has been nothing less that professional this far and I am very pleased with my care so far.

Dr. Turner has been my OBGYN for my entire adulthood. She birthed both of my C-Section babies. She has always been helpful and approachable. Her dry wit is right up my alley. I am forever grateful for all that she done to keep me healthy.

She is rude. The delivery went ok, but I had to be stern with her. She is very arrogant. I saw her after my delivery and she said to me, “ugh, I knew if I came to this store, I would see a patient.” Very disappointed in her attitude not her work.

Dr. Turner is highly knowledgable and an exceptional doctor. But what makes her outstanding is her communication skills. She actually listens to her patients and responds to them personally. Many other doctors in her practice only superficially listen and then respond with their own egocentric views. She truly does understand what you tell her and thinks critically about what you say. If she disagrees she isn't afraid to say so and if you disagree she isn't dismissive of you-- in a few words, she just gets it.

So impressed with Dr Turner. She's someone I have recommend to my family members and girlfriends. Her time is your time when you're with her. I am pleased in every whelm of being her patient.

Dr. Turner is the best. Which is why she is so booked! So glad that she was on call when I went into early labor! She handled everything better than I could have imagined!

Stay away. No bedside manner, did not feel that she listened or een cared to know of any concerns or questions I had. Visible annoyed if you were hesitate to do what she wanted in terms of your medical care. If I can't voice my opinion over something going on with my body (or my child IN my body) then I can't trust you as a doctor. Thankful that wasn't the attending when I delivered and should I ever deliver in HC general again I will refuse to see her. Do yourself a favor...pick another doctor.

STAY AWAY! She is one of the rudest, obnixious and disrecpectful doctors I have ever met. Her answers are dismissive and condesending. When we asked her something we did not understand, she had the nerve to say "Can you not hear me or do you not speak English"!!!! Unacceptable and unprofessional
