Dr Arnold is the most informative doctor I have ever had. She is patient and had the MRI available for me to see She explained what I was looking at and what the diagonals is. I also appreciated her paper with drawings of what and where the surgery would be done and why Also giving me all the information I needed to do some research on my own. I feel confident she will take great care of me The staff was also first class making sure we had all the appointments and information we needed All with a great attitude and a friendly smile Thank you for making this scary time a little easier Patricia Houston

This Incredible surgeon saved my husband's life!! She's tough, tenacious and driven to do what it takes to fix the problem with absolute accuracy and safety! Her and her team did the the impossible they saved his life! My husband has been recovering and God Bless Dr Arnold and her team!!

Kristen helped me identify the subtle tweaks to my diet that I needed to finish my rides strong, enabling me to train harder and race more more effectively than ever. I've improved both sides of the Watts/kg equation! She's made the process of reaching a healthy, strong, and sustainable race weight understandable and achievable! Plus, she's opened my mind to the world of sardines! I can't recommend highly enough!

Nutrition off the bike is something I have struggled with for many years. Now with IBS I have had to limit certain allergens until I am healed. Kristen was very helpful in problem solving my nutritional needs and the perfect compliment to the functional and holistic approach that my gastroenterologist has prescribed.
