I'm an absolute fan of Lake Nona Behavioral Health. It's rare that you find a psychiatrist that slows down to really connect with people the way Dr. Johnson and her staff do! You never feel like just a number. The team is phenomenal and they are extremely responsive. I'm so incredibly thankful for their hearts and service in the greater Orlando area.

I was very pleased with my experience at Lake Nona Behavioral Health Services. I can be a hard critic of emergency care places and the people employed by them. Also that my attitude isn’t always the best when I’m not feeling well at all. But Lake Nona Behavioral Health Services, is a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. I was truly impressed with your nice facility and the caring staff and friendly can do attitude and smiles. The TV Monitor with the DVD playing a great selection of movies! was the best I have ever seen at a doctors office . It’s good to be treated with professionalism and care when your not at your best. When I say Dr. Rodríguez Dávila, Natasha D’Arcangelo , and Joe of the Lake Nona Behavioral Health Services, make me feel that I am in safe hands and even make me smile when I leave, then you can believe they are the best. I am truly grateful and won’t get that awful feeling of dread of going in for an appointment because they make me feel a lot better with their presence. I appreciate Joe’s care in follow-ups and willingness to answer all my questions at irregular times. Coming here is like dealing with a trusted family. Would not consider changing doctors or staff. All this adds up to customer service you rarely see these days! THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!!!
