Cynthia Ward and staff are top notch professionals who do an excellent job of correcting vision and making one of the more potentially stressful appointments actually very pleasant. Ever since I was in high school, 2012, I have been to this office, with some of the same friendly staff as were there back then. I hope that LN Eye Care stays top notch for many years to come.

We just moved here from out of state. I didn’t pass the eye test at the DMV and it goes without saying I was stressed out!! Called and got an appointment the next day. The doctor was very kind and even got me to 20/30 in one eye, which I have never been. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Jessie always provides excellent service at Lake Nona EYE Care. She is extremely professional and attentive to every need a patient may have. She takes the time to answer all questions with great patience and clarity. Her dedication and professionalism truly make a difference. I always feel well cared for thanks to her exceptional service. I was immediately greeted by Sue who said she would be with me shortly. I was early and took my time trying on glasses for after my appointment. Dr Ward was very friendly and answered all of my questions. After, the sweet gal (who usually works at the other location) spent at least 1 1/2 hours as I took pictures, called friends trying to figure out if I should take a giant leap outside my comfort zone with very expensive frames. While I really wanted them, they were not the best fit. I did get some fun frames and thank all of the staff who assisted me!
