Amazing doctors and staff. When I needed surgery my main concern was, how am I going to pay for this? Yes, I have insurance, but there was some out-of-pocket that I was responsible for. I was able to set up a payment plan and pay it off weekly. That was a relief. Everyone is friendly and make you feel at ease.

The team was really welcoming. They were patient and thorough. Customer service skills are up to part. The doctor was informative, direct and kind. They took care of me well while at their facility. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past, yet it was a breath of fresh air when I received it. Great job!

Lake Nona Ophthalmology is a beautiful, clean, and welcoming office. Everyone we encountered was courteous and professional, which made the experience even better. Dr. Patel was wonderful—professional, kind, and genuine. When he said goodbye to us with a simple “God bless you,” it truly touched me. ❤️ I highly recommend this office!

I was getting a second opinion on issues with my cataract surgery. A manager spent time explaining some issues to me and asking about my issues, which was definitely useful. Then Dr. Patel spent time explaining pros and cons of multivocal and single vision lenses. Then explained his recommended next steps, which were logical and graduated. I am hopeful the steps will result in improved vision for my unique problems.

Lake Nona Opthamology has the best staff, they are friendly and knowledgeable. The Dr's are very helpful, they are willing to explain the situation to you and provide a plan then ensure you follow up for a final time for your satisfaction. Excellent patient and customer service
