Was told I had Hashimotos today. There wasn’t much explanation, I stood there shocked. I’m scared, confused , and worried for my unborn child. He sent me off with a blood work order, and said I’ll see you in two months. 2 months?! I’m scared I have no knowledge about Hashimotos and the effects of it on an unborn child. I’m freaking out I feel like nobody there cares about my health. I traveled far to see a specialist we spent less than 5 minutes in the room together. Pure silence and listening to him type on the computer. I have to find a new specialist, and fast!

I would give him no stars if I could. This doctor if incredibly disrespectful and rude. The office staff and appointment making service is awful as well.

Super disrespectful and unhelpful. He kept removing his mask even after we asked if he could keep it on. He was rude, slow, and really disappointing.

For the last month i have been in contact on the daily basic either on the phone or by email. Every day your representative has a different excuse in my opinion they have no idea what they are doing. I need this prescription for my diabetic supply ASAP .

I waited 4 months for my appointment. I called weekly to get a sooner appointment which was unavailable i was told because this doctor only accepts my insurance at one location. I drove to that location in Lady Lake to be redirected to the Orlando office where they finally realize that they do NOT ACCEPT MEDICAID. They only accept HUMANA MEDICAID. This was a mistake on the referral department at my PCP and this office for the misinformation and carelessness to check if my insurance is accepted.
