Dr. Darrabie performed a gallbladder removal surgery on me, and my whole experience was amazing. He explained to me with all the details how the surgery would be, made me feel very comfortable and cared. I was in a lot of pain, him and his whole staff were very helpful in the whole process. The say of my surgery he met me minutes before going under, I even asked for a picture of my gallstones and he did it. I'm just grateful for him and glad I chose him to take care of me.

Never!!! Dr. Darrabie recently performed hernia surgery on me. He did not meet with me during my office visits to explain the procedures prior or post the surgery (rather his Physician's Assistant). On the scheduled surgery date, we met 50 minutes prior to the surgery, with an IV in my arm where he changed the procedure from robotic to laparoscopic. I specifically sought him out for the robotic procedure which was pre-approved by my insurance carrier. I reluctantly agreed. He also said there would be 3 incisions and I woke up with 7 with no explanation from him. Dr. Darrabie is a transactional doctor as opposed to one who truly cares about patient experiences and outcomes.
