We went to the this pediatrician back in the 2005 - 2006 - yes - apx 15 years ago. I waited with a sick baby for nearly 3 hours in a nearly empty waiting room. After finally being called back to the doctor, I found that when questioned, said she reported she had not been busy all day and was reading magazines to pass the time. That was our last visit. I got curious today thinking about how frustrating that was and looked her up to find similar experiences in the reviews. If that was 15 years ago and the problems are still happening (and probably were before hand) you have to think there is something wrong.

Muy mala la atención llame por la mañana y me dieron una cita de seguimiento para mis niños que estaban con fiebre cuando llegue a la cita a las 2 de la tarde después de esperar media hora me dijieron que no me podían atender ya que mis niños tenían síntomas del COVID que ellos solo estaban atendiendo niños saludables después de a verme echo esperar y a ver ido

Lo peor qué tiene el lugar es la espera demasiado larga. Pero la pediatra Martínez cruz es la mejor explica todo muy bien y apoya la lactancia. Hace falta más pediatras así. Lo único que tienen qué mejorar es el tiempo de espera.

Muy larga espera llamas para Canselar una cita y luego te la quieren cobrar 25 dólares alegando que no llamastes llegas con 20 minutos de atraso y la resepcionista fea de espejuelos te dice que no te pueden atender por 20 minutos de retraso cuando la espera cuando eres puntual es de horas increíble la falta de tantas cosas que existe con una resepcionista así Dios. Que una de esta te haga perder la tarde y hacer un viaje de más de media hora así de fácil deja mucho de que hablar la verdad no lo recomiendo todo comienza por la buena atención y las ganas de resolver con el cliente

The worst service ever, so my son was given a appointment at 11:00am i get to there and i am told is 11:30am which was not true but whatever, they took forever to see my son and on top of that his Medicaid was not going through do i was paying out of pocket, ok so 12:45pm comes around were seen but they didnt have his shots ready so now its 1:30pm and my husband and i walked off at this point i had to call off work and then when we are getting ready to leave now they want to have his things ready.... were mad and hungry and on top of that one of the girl goes over and tells the chick she needs to pay for the shots i am like i am not going to walk out without paying relax but since they didnt give him his shots they only charged the physical which was enough but i was so mad that the staff is so unprofessional and than the doctor is like you dont have to do his shots like what what type of clinic do they run? I am pulling my son out they can go kick rocks.
