I've been bringing my son to this clinic and I like the attention they give to the patients. Clean and friendly environment

I would give Monica the nurse practitioner a 5 star rating. I brought my 2 sons for their annual physical. She was awesome. Listened to every concern that I had with my boys. I didn’t feel rushed, she spoke to my boys and acknowledged them and didn’t speak to me as if they weren’t there. Great experience. I also appreciate that I can get same day visits if my children aren’t feeling well. My only issue is that I don’t always see the same provider. We are new to the state and have been going there for a little over a year and we have seen at least 5 different providers. I would like to stick to the same person. If Monica relocates I will go wherever she goes. Overall nice place, good experience. Great health care provider.

I love dr bumgarner

We’ve been going to this practice for 4 years and they used to be great. Now there is a second office and without notice we are now seeing a different doctor. I was told Dr Bumgarner would be coming back to the Orlando office, but that hasn’t happened. The new Dr seemed like she would be ok, however this Orlando office is now so unorganized. My daughter has had an eye issue for over a month and I was told that I’d receive a referral to a specialist. Well I’ve been calling multiple times only to get a different message every time. I’m told the Dr would get back with me, then it was the Dr was on vacation, then it was oh the Dr forgot. This is horrible! Meanwhile, my daughter’s issue is still not being addressed. I can say that we will be looking for a new pediatrician. It’s disappointing because we’ve been going to Dr Bumgarner since my baby was literally a week old.

Dr. Bumgarner is the best pediatrician that I ever meet. She is so sweet, patient and always treat my baby girl with passion. I highly recommend her ❤️

Dr Bumgarner was my children pediatrician from 2010-2016 when she had her office located at Naples FL she was by far one of most caring compassionate and professional dr that I had ever met! Always nice and answered every single question I had... Now I live here in Houston Tx and I would love to find a pediatrician like her here... Highly recommended

I've had 2 doctor appointments here and they both were horrible experiences. She barely knows what shes talking about and they're unorganized. The appointment always takes over an hour when theres no one ever in there office! I would highly recommend not taking your child to this office! "Growing Together Pediatrics" on Conway has been around longer and everyone in the office knows what theyre doing and they're nicer. This facility has a high review score only because they're new and the comments listed are fake.

She is very caring and understanding. I am so happy to go there. She spent almost an hour to understand my daughter’s needs and referred us a very good specialist. She is a perfect doctor. Everybody in the office is very helpful and smiling face. I highly recommend her and the clinic.
