Mark Bornstein Dpm's Online Review Report Card

My child has extremely flat feet and this Dr was the closest in network for her. He had her stand barefoot for 2 minutes (no x-rays, didn't examine her feet), said she would be like this the rest of her life, needs orthotics and sent us on our way. We didn't know better so we got the orthotics and 'went on our way'. A year later and she's still in just as much pain so we looked for an alternate Dr. New Dr took x-rays to make sure nothing else was going on, which there wasn't and had her walk in the office. Ne Dr is recommending physical therapy, exercises at home and possibly surgery to correct it. Dr Bornstein although nice, is very old school and will just do the basics, nothing more. If you have severe foot problems, see someone else.

This guy is extremely rude and entitled. We get it you’re a doctor. Can’t even wait in parking lot to pick up a person with rideshare without being harassed. So unprofessional.

I recently had surgery on my ankle. After the surgery I developed some complications, the ortho surgeon dismissed my issues. I was referred to Dr Bornstein, I had an appt with-in 1 week. Dr Bornstein saw me, took his time with me, took x-rays in his office and discussed the x-rays with me. He explained what the surgeon had done ( he hadn't) and outlined a course of treatment for the issues I was having, which has worked for me !! Dr Bornstein listens, is personable and knowledgable. His office staff is friendly and courteous with no issues scheduling new appts.

Just called this office for a simple question and they were super rudee! If your staff doesn’t like working there, get new staff in there!

On Friday, 12/17/21, was my initial visit with Dr. Mark Bornstein and I left feeling extremely blessed to have chosen him as my podiatrist. Dr. Bornstein is a physician who displays the Hippocratic Oath he swore to ALL his patients. The reason I can make such a statement with only one visit was due to what I was hearing in the patient lounge as I completed my new patient medical paperwork. I was hearing Dr. Bornstein banter with his patients, making them feel at ease and explaining his diagnosis or prognosis with care and understanding. In spite of the horrific strain the 2020 pandemic placed on our medical professionals it was such a joy and comfort to hear Dr. Bornstein interactions. I am eagerly look forward to my 1/14/22 follow up and years of friendship. Lastly, his staff member Pam is a sweetheart who answers his calls, is the patients first contact and I found to be conscientious, helpful, caring and most kind. Cheers to Dr. Bornstein and Pam! May 2022 bring you both an avalanche of blessings as you each deserve them.

If you have any kind of foot problem, Dr. Bornstein is your guy. Not only does he have a wonderful bed side manner, but he is a specialist in his field. He took the time to go over my injury and explain the medicine behind the injury. Instead of simply telling me to stay off my foot he explained why I medically needed to and how the body works. Also the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. All around great experience.
