If not giving a star was an option that would be my pick. This doctor is rude and unprofessional. The day of the surgery he had something different on paper then what he told me in the office. I’ve requested the surgery paperwork 3 times before getting it along with a doctor note for daycare. I was concerned about the healing of the scar and asked to be seen. The doctor greeted me by saying “what”. I wouldn’t take a ant to see this man because he sure isn’t a doctor. Anything my son needs from here on out would be addressed by a professional!!!!!!

After 1.5 hours of waiting and the Dr. still not in the room, I walked out and got my refund. If time can not be respected on the 1st visit, there is no reason for us to go back a 2nd time. People arriving after us were taken back before us. The Dr. Has lost a new patient and another Dr. With better time managment will gain one.

Dr. Chaet is wonderful. I took my son to three doctors before seeing Dr. Chaet and all three of those other doctors were not good with children. They left me feeling very discouraged and anxious about my sons condition. Dr. Chaet was so great with my son and made me feel so comfortable at our appointment. He was knowledgeable, confident, and kind. He performed surgery on my son yesterday and again he was wonderful. He has great bedside manner which is so important (especially with kids) and he’s a awesome doctor as well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chaet!

I am so thankful for Mark Chaet! He really cares and makes his patients his main priority. He is thoughtful and is easy to get in touch with if an issue may arise. He wasnt in the office and was actually out of town. Both his Receptionist and my Pediatrician were able to get in touch with him in regards to my daughter his patient. If you are looking for a Pediatric Surgeon I highly recommend him. Thank You Mr. Chaet for caring and keeping my stress level down!

Dr. Chaet has been such a blessing to us! When many doctors couldn’t figure out the problem, he stepped in and knew exactly what it was, then wanted to see my son right away to get it taken care of. He was very confident in what route he was going to take with our 7 month old son which made my fiancé and I very confident. Dr. Chaet has been phenomenal from the beginning and even after the surgery. He understands how concerning it is for the parents to see their child go through any surgery and is there to answer any and all questions! I honestly can’t say enough about him.

Dr. Chaet is a great, knowledgeable pediatric surgeon. Office visit went very well and so did the surgery. Would recommend to any parents.

It is hard to see the negative reviews when I know the full story-I work in the office too! Not everyone we see needs to have surgery and it can be tough to express that to a family that has been told they do need a surgeon. We try to make everyone happy and feel valued. The bottom line is this doctor is talented and caring- he has ALWAYS put the needs child first. Not all parents can see that but we won't stop trying!
