Marla Robbins's Online Review Report Card

Our family loves the amazing Doctor Robbins and her staff. My babies are adults now and continue to trust Dr. Robbins with the care of their children. So now we have two generations of families this pediatrician. The staff follows up with appointments and returns calls with our questions. They are flexible to work around everyone's schedules.

Dr Robbins is an excellent pediatrician. She pays attention and answer all the questions and try to find the reason if something is happening. She was the only doctor after coming from California that was able to diagnose that my baby son was allergic and intolerant to lactose. She is very nice and helps you with all your needs and is very patient. Dr Robbins is definitely the best with kids. Also her staff is very nice as well, friendly and professional. Is a great place for kids.

I was deeply unsatisfied with my son's visit this afternoon. The pediatrician gave a COVID-19 test to my 4 year old son and made my son's nose bleed. I would suggest we take other procedures into how can we make this exams a better experience. I will report this issue to the state because is incompetent what we are doing to our children.

Impersonal and very uncomfortable visit as Dr. Robbins seemed more concerned with my social and economic standing rather than my 8 year olds examination. I have never been made to feel as if I needed to explain my background and how I have arrived to be accepted in a doctors office. I can count on one hand how many questions she asked about my daughters health. The amount of questions she asked concerning my income, job ,relationships and if I own my home or rent were endless. We left feeling like we didn’t belong and we will never return.

Dr. Robbins is amazing. We moved from Dr. Phillip's to Christmas, Florida which is 45 minutes away. We have kept her as our pediatrician for years because my daughter loves her, she is sweet, and she knows what she is doing! Her stuff is awesome too!

Dr Robbins has been my children’s pediatrician for 20yrs. Her and her staff have always provided excellent care and service to us. They are professional, knowledgeable, caring and go above and beyond for their children. Dr Robbins even showed up at the hospital when one of my children was injured. Can’t say enough postive things about this pediatrician.

Everything about this office was a pleasure. Wait time was minimal, office staff were competent and friendly. Dr. Robbins was outstanding. She was clearly competent, compassionate and answered all of our questions.

The doctors here are friendly and are very helpful. My daughters actually like visiting their doctor which is saying a lot since they are usually timid around new people. Dr. Robbins had them relaxed and got them to open up quickly. I would and do recommend Personal Pediatrics.
