Great Doctor. Good listener. I am 95 years old female. He put a pacemaker in me and did a wonderful job. I feel wonderful. He was kind attentive and most importantly gave me a better quality of life.

Dr Parihk saved my husbands life by referring him to a transplant team for a LVAD . It has been quite a journey and Dr Parihk was with us all the way. My husband and I are thankful for his care compassion and concern.

Dr. Parikh has a manner that I might associate with doctors when I was growing up. He is knowledgeable professional caring. He took the time to explain my situation and alternatives. Everyone I came in contact with at the Central Florida Cardiology Group which was about 6 different people were courteous and friendly and I am thankful for their help.

I just had a battery replaced in my defib and I met him before the surgery in his office and while I was in the hospital for the procedure. He was very kind and thorough in what he was going to do and told me I would be fine after he was done. No problems arose and he is with the Cardiology group I have been using for 25 years so I trust them completely. Very patient orientated.

Dr. Parikh and his staff is Excellent. I Highly Recommend. Referred by Dr. Rothbard. Dr. Parikh reviewed my heart history explained in detail the various Medtronic options. He suggested I consider the newest Pacemaker the Micra which is very small similar to a pill capsule design that is inserted into place in the heart thru a vein in the groin much like a heart cath procedure. Results were great has improved my life dramatically. Lucky me to find Dr. Milind Parikh

They made me wait 1hr 45 min to see him. No empathy no call ahead that this would happen they knew 30 min before my appointment he would be this late no discount no personal note of apology no gift card no real apology from leaders like Tonya Glenn or the Vineland office assistants just their adamant arrogant position that he had other priorities and I can come back another time. They need to be 100% more customer focused and care about problem resolution. However while Dr. Parikh was great Im not going back to this practice for 3 procedures I need because I refuse to be treated like my time doesnt matter and they dont care to own customer satisfaction. I asked my referring physician to take this practice off their list.

Altho my visit was good the 2 hour wait was avoidable and the vineland office had zero customer service orientation. No real empathy apology given to me. Also none from their central office. Inexcusable find another cardiology group like I did.
