They truly deserve zero stars. They judge you before you even check in, leading to a side circus from the staff. I showed up over 90 minutes early to pick out my frames before being dilated, and they wouldn’t allow it despite my early punctuality. They told me I had to see the doctor then, even though I was 90 minutes ahead of time. I asked if I would be dilated, and the girl shrugged and said maybe. How does one pick out frames they like with dilated eyes…? I called to speak to the office manager and there’s not one. Hope they enjoy the AHCA investigation. Hope this practice shuts down. I’ll take my business elsewhere, and you should too.

From the phone call to the visit, I experienced nothing but kindness, compassion, and expertise. I came in to see if my eyes were okay from a recent hit to the eye. Jose was a very warm welcome to the establishment and the Dr. was incredibly patient and amiable to describe exactly what she was seeing in my eyes. I’m very grateful and highly recommended this optometrist clinic.

I underwent my eye examination and was meant to acquire glasses. Since I already possessed frames, I opted not to buy new ones, as my insurance would cover the remaining costs. I communicated to them that I could not leave my frames behind, as they are my current glasses and essential for driving. They assured me that my frames were not necessary for the lens production. Days later, I received a call stating that they indeed required the frames. I reminded them of their previous statement, but they maintained that the frames were needed. When I finally provided my frames, they informed me that they no longer accepted my insurance, despite it being covered at the time they processed my insurance. The new staff there are quite unhelpful, although Jose is an exception.

Honestly I don’t mind traveling an hour just to go here. They are very nice, and they don’t rush you out. They took good care of my daughter and I, 10/10 recommend!

Great experience. It was my first eye exam so they made sure I understood the process. didn’t try to upsell me on a tiny prescription and no insurance and instead gave me advice on where to purchase online.

The doctor and staff were very professional. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. There was no long. Wait once I checked in for my appointment the process to the clinic was very smooth. This will be my new doctor and I will be back annually! I was very impressed!
