I’m giving 5 STARS because Dr Gowani Nasima deserves it. She has been very thorough with my 5 year old daughters care, she is very gentle, patient and kind. She listens to ALL of your concerns and goes through all the possible options with you. I was also very pleased with the nurse that brought us to the room and the echocardiogram tech who was very kind and gentle with my daughter. The company they use for the 24 and 30 day monitor is a great company as well, did not have any issues. And when I have called in concerning my daughter Nurse Bina has been very patient and has returned my calls in a timely manner. As someone mentioned in a review I would give the front office staff 3 STARS.... the check in staff IS NOT friendly at all, and as a person that works in a medical office, the front desk is the first impression and unfortunately for this office the doctors might be affected because of it. The check out ladies are “okay” they just seem like they want to get the job done and don’t want to interact. My experience with his office was NOT bad... a few more friendly personalities and smiley faces could go a long way.
