My review is not going to the Dr. Melendez my review is going to the AdventHealth coordinator patient, I’m looking for a good Neurologist since along time ago that work for really care about patient health not only for money, and when I found this Dr. Melendez they says she cannot see my daughter because she is Neurology but I’m looking for Neurology not other specialty. I think those ppl lie and they are giving me hard time to schedule an appointment, even my daughter’s PCP does not understand why the do not want to see my daughter with the referral they sent it. I’m so frustrated and mad, someone contacted me from the staff but finally they ignored my complaint and review that’s really shame and ridiculous

We are the Maisonet family, Dr. Melendez examined my son a few months ago, my son's father has arnold chiari malformation and my son has been experiencing headaches and spasms. The previous doctor we went to was pressuring us to do all kinds of exams and didn't explain much to us. Dr. Melendez did the total opposite! she was caring, she listened to our concerns, and she took time to examine our child, after the exam she listened to us, to our concerns and explained everything we needed to know. I'm truly grateful we found her!
