List of Nizam M Razack's Reviews
Front desk service is so bad I went to this place, two weeks ago they took all my information, my insurance information everything they need, and they said they need to prepare form my primary doctor, so when I get everything I back to this place and I have APPOINTMENT, plus I am in pain too , anyway when I walked in there they checked again my information’s and they say they not take my insurance, that was so stupid because they checked my info’s last week, and now they say no!! 100% I not recommend this place to anyone
I recently had a partial laminectomy and micro-discectomy. I had seen a chiropractor that resulted in me having to see Dr Razack. (See other review). Prior to surgery, I was receiving injections into back and was taking high dose steroids on and off again. But still, could barely walk and have severe numbness' weakness to both lower legs. Dr. Razack and team are so incredible. I am post op 3 weeks and zero pain. I have minimal numbness to my feet but that should resolve as the nerves find a new pathway. The office staff and super nice and super fast. I had zero incision site pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Razack. What happened, in my opinion, as the result of my chiro visit, Dr Razack and team saved my life.
If I can give zero stars, I would have done it. I was with my brother(jamal) and I experience it not as a patient but someone and that work in the customer service field. There is no customer service employees are uneducated They mislead you to do a bunch of processing at the end of the day they tell us they don’t accept our insurance in the beginning, it should be mention but not at end of the process. Their process actually to waste our time and zero customer service
Excellent excellent care, professional procedure and follow up care.
Awesome experience , had surgery two years ago on my back that did not work , I was refered to DrR and he was very quick to point out issues that didn’t work with my last surgery . It’s been 9 days from my surgery and I feel great , I can walk again and am very thankful .
I had a laminectomy with Dr Razack. Dr Razack was kind, caring and made sure I understood the surgery. I was then put into the hands of Aubrey, an amazing surgical Coordinator. For me this is an extremely scary surgery. Aubrey greeted me with kindness and empathy. She had an uphill battle as my insurance was giving me false information about covering Dr Razack to do the procedure. Aubrey immediately reassured me that she would handle my insurance company and keep me in the loop. A few days later my insurance company called me and told me they were WRONG and the procedure was approved. I had several questions and concerns prior to the surgery. No matter how small or often my requests were, Aubrey was there with reassuring and informative answers. After the surgery I also had some issues and concerns about pain management and of course again bad information from my Insurance. Aubrey talked me off the ledge yet again. Another individual that was exceptional was the PA Danielle. She also went above and beyond in all the ways Aubrey did. I felt genuine concern and caring when talking to her. I had a dilated pupil and was asking her about this. She had me do some tests to make sure it wasn't a stroke. It was not. We were just going to keep an eye on it and I was to let her know if any other symptoms arrived. Later that day Danielle called me back as she was thinking about it all day she said. Her question was do you have a nausea patch behind your ear of the affected eye. I infact did! That caused the issue. I am sure Danielle is extremely busy but she still took the time to figure it out and call me back with a new solution. A lot of Dr's /PA's would just have waited until the patient called back. There were some more issues with a rash and the steri strips. Even over the Christmas holiday weekend Aubrey and Danielle were available to me to help in any way they could. This painful and scary time was made easier to bear thanks to Aubrey and Danielle.
I’ve been going to Dr. Razack since 2014 he did my spine fusion and I’ve been going back since my surgery. I would recommend him to anyone staff is great they work with you. I do all my MRI’s there. They have a better machine than the one where i live, it cost a little more out of pocket from insurance but is worth it . All te Doctor’s and staff take care of you . I also was having a problem with paying my bill an I called and spoke to billing department , I spoke with Lisa and she put me on a payment plan and that was a great help and a relief. Thank you so much !
Dr. Razack performed Focused Ultrasound for my Parkinson's Disease. The doctor completely changed my life by eliminating my right side tremors. The procedure as performed by the doctor was 100% successful! He was friendly, confident and a pure professional as were the rest of the surgery team. Two big thumbs up!
Excellent Neurosurgeon. Helped me with Essential Tremmors. Right hand is now steady and head improved as well. Excellent staff. The nurses were great .Theywere comforting as well and informative. Dr. Razack helped me all the way throughout the procedure. .
Dr. Razack was originally recommended to me by a Neuroradiologist. What I liked about him was he recommended surgery as a last option. In my case, surgery was required after other options failed. He performed a minimally invasive procedure on my low back, which worked wonderfully. I completely trust him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
