Dr. Campos Franco is a detailed doctor who cares about her patients. But the reason I gave her 2 starts its because appointment times are never kept. You will minimum 2 or 3 hours to be seen. Give yourself half a day or a whole day to see her because it doesn’t matter if you are new or old patient you will have to wait. Additionally, her office needs new management to better their procedures, and authorizations scheduling and patient services. And the people who works in the front don’t know nothing about customer services.

Jamás vuelvo desde el 15 agosto para que me firmen la auntorizacion para la máquina de la diabete .. la enfermera no sirve para nada. Una mala organización que tienen .. 17 años con la doctora , jamás había tenido problemas con ella hasta que puso esas dos brutas a Trajan con ella .. tome la obsion de cambiar de doctora para jamás volverle a ver la cara a ningunas referí dos personas para nada están esperando que los llamen y nada que ver .. jamás refiero a nadie deben de cambiar a las dos brutas que lo que hacen es perjudicando a la doctora la enfermera con esa cara de aborrecía como si uno le debiera algo a ella .. lamentablemente la enfermera no sirve para nada solo lo que hace es cobrar y no le importa la salud de los pacientes .. no vuelvo jamás no quiero verle la cara jamás en mi vida .. hoy la llame y hablé con la enfermera y me dijo te devuelvo la llamada y todavía estoy esperando que me llame eso no es deseo de ayudar al paciente .. no me quedo de otra que cambiar de doctora .. no saben lo que hacen me hace llamar al plan y el plan me dice que no han enviado la autorización ósea desde el día 15 agosto y estamos en 21 sept .. me cansé de hacer fuerzas con la estupida enfermera .. eso es una bruta no sabe lo Que hace ni ayuda al paciente

Dr. Franco is excellent professional who takes the time to listen to her patients. She’s a human being with a noble heart. She’s been my doctor more the 9 years…..Highly recommend!

The best dortor for 8 years l was Ilooking for a good doctor and I did find out now she take the time to talk to the patient. She’s very good to recommend it to anybody.

Dr. Franco is an amazing doctor ! She is kind, patient and VERY detailed. My hole family has been seeing her since 2010 and I am grateful for it. Many doctors treat their patients like a dollar sign however Franco takes her time and listens to you no matter how many patients she has waiting. Because of this she often doesn't get to take a break because so many people request her. The downside to that is often you find yourself waiting a long time to see her. Me personally, having several medical issues and having to see many different doctors I've had my share of being rushed, ignored and dismissed. When seeing a doctor the last thing you should be made to feel is insignificant ! Especially after paying high premiums and co-pays. So when you find a physician that takes their time to listen and actually cares about your well-being there is no time I wouldn't spend waiting to see them. She is worth every minute and I recommend her to anyone who feels like they aren't being heard ! Unfortunately a couple years back she was diagnosed with lupus. I believe she is scaling back on the amount of patient she sees daily. Therefore getting an appointment can be pretty spaced out. Just lack week I found out she no longer works at Orlando family physicians and they won't tell me why. Hopefully with a little more searching I can find out where she is practicing now if at all. If not I wish her the best and a long happy life cause she deserves it !!

Dr. FRANCO is tremendous doctor very professional, very kind she listen the patient. She take the time to explain options & treatment.

She is the worst doctor ever she gave my daughter vaccines twice within 3 months and now she has severe learning disabilities she didn’t have until that happened. I told them no to double vaccines and she did it anyway do not trust her.
