When I first came across this place, I was in a really dark place battling TRD. I was desperate for help and didn’t know where else to turn. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for and supported. They offered the exact treatment I needed, helped me with my insurance, made sure I could get my medication, and guided me through every step of the process. I’ve been coming here for almost a year now, and I can honestly say this place saved my life. The staff go above and beyond They don’t just treat you like a patient, they treat you like family. On my birthday, they even celebrated me, and that beautiful act meant the world. It showed me how much they truly care. The people here are kind, genuine, and full of heart. They treat you with love, compassion, and real hope for your healing. I’m so deeply grateful for everything they’ve done for me. Because of them, I have my life back and for that, I’ll always be thankful. From my heart, Thank you Myrna, Jodi, Suzette and LuLu!!

Dr. Medina and his staff are wonderful. We had a few issues with billing for the insurance, but Myrna handled it and took care of everything for us. I would recommend Dr. Medina‘s office to anyone.

The team at Nova Psychiatry is amazing! We brought our family member as a new patient and the care has been outstanding. Dr Medina took the time to listen and understand his history and quickly proceeded to establish a top-notch care plan. The staff has been just as amazing - Myrna has set the bar for what it means to be attentive, kind, and to go above and beyond for a patient’s needs. They also speak both English and Spanish, which was key for us. We are very thankful to have started at Nova and can’t recommend their team enough.

I wish I could give then more than five stars! Everyone from the front office to the back office have been very kind and helpful. Staff is always smiling and positive. My social anxiety is terrible but they've been wonderful about it! I was a transfer from another place, and the year was coming to an end, which meant a new authorization from my insurance was due. Myrna was amazing, efficient and very nice to me. She's definitely proactive and very resourceful, and doesn't hesitate to go above and beyond. She made my transfer a lot easier! I don't know everyone's name quite yet, but everyone deserves to be recognized too. I would definitely recommend Nova Psychiatry to anyone. I'm so grateful for them because I almost gave up going to treatment from complications at my original clinic. I'm so happy I found Nova. I love all you guys and thank you for everything! 💜

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Medina and his staff. He has been so very helpful as we deal with my husband’s Dementia and is always available to meet with us when situations arise. Myrna is truly an angel and has gone above and beyond to help us through our journey. She is so caring and takes the time to listen and do whatever she can to help. I’m so blessed to have her.
