1 hour waiting to be call and them they call me at my phone to say we were not there when we came 15 min before the appointment hour and we write our name on the list 15 min before the time of the appointment 👎🏽

This is a sorry excuse of medical practice. Don’t waste your time or money coming here unless you want to wait over an hour for your appointment or for you to find out almost 20 mins after your scheduled time that your insurance is different and it’s now $140 to hear test results. Crazy part is I’ve had the same insurance for almost 2 yrs yet they put me under workers comp for my blood work and then tell me my insurance has been different for 2 months even though I came in a month ago and they never told me I wasn’t under coverage. So who paid for my last appointment when it wasn’t me? Again don’t waste your time or money

Love this OBGYN, the staff is friendly and helpful. Elizabeth Bonet CNM is passionate, very knowledgeable and kind! The ultrasound technician is very friendly, patient and loving . Marie CNM delivered my baby and she went above and beyond each step of the way, respected and granted everything in my birth plan! Blessed and grateful for all the staff including the ladies in the front who check in and set up future appointments. Thank you to all the staff for all you do !

Pésimo servicio las secretarias atienden super mal no te dan la información bien y tampoco te ayudan. La chica que toma el peso te ignora y se hace la loca. Los médicos se ponen hablar en vez de atender. Te agendan una cita a una hora y llegas unos minutos antes para que te entienda a la hora y te entienden 1 hora después. No tienen empatia por las personas y tampoco tienen respeto por el tiempo de uno. Aparte la ecografista te atiende de manera despectiva da diagnósticos que no le corresponden. A mi me vio y me dijo que yo tenia problemas de la insulina yo me ise mis exámenes y no tengo ningún problema con la insulina gracias a Dios. Definitivamente la atención y el servicio no son buenos. No vuelvo más a este lugar. ( NO SE LOS RECOMIENDO).👎👎👎👎 Terrible service, the secretaries attend super badly, they don't give you the information well and they don't help you either. The girl who takes the weight ignores you and pretends to be crazy. The doctors start talking instead of attending. They schedule an appointment for you at one hour and you arrive a few minutes earlier so that he understands you at the time and they understand you 1 hour later. They have no empathy for people and they also have no respect for one's time. In addition, the ultrasound artist treats you in a derogatory way and gives diagnoses that do not correspond to her. He saw me and told me that I had insulin problems, I took my tests and I don't have any problems with insulin, thank God. The attention and service are definitely not good. Me parece que son personas que no tiene empatía . La ecografista grosera y quiere dar diagnósticos de otros resultados que no tienen nada que ver con la ecografía. Aparte ponen una hora para atender con "citas" y te entienden a la hora. No tienen respeto por el tiempo de las personas. Si es así entonces deberían de atender por orden de llegada. Para todo tienen una excusa. Me parece de mal gusto. It seems to me that they are people who have no empathy. The sonographer is rude and wants to give diagnoses of other results that have nothing to do with the ultrasound. Besides, they set a time to attend with "appointments" and they understand you on time. They have no respect for people's time. If so, then they should serve in order of arrival. They have an excuse for everything. It seems in bad taste to me.

Dr. Rodriguez and the staff are great. Personable and easy to talk to and ask questions about your health. They are thorough and pretty fast as well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rodriguez and staff.

I have all my kids with this doctor office I absolutely love them their like family

Refused to treat me. Incredibly horrible people. I was a few minutes late because I was picking up my daughter in school and they said no and the next appointment wasn’t even any time soon. I can’t believe how they are still in business, I called almost 10 times!!!! Horrible, this management will take this business to the ground.
