List of Optical Outlets's Reviews
don’t ever bother calling they don’t answer smh
Absolutely ridiculous how not one person will return a phone call .. I have been calling them for 2 weeks and never receive a call back or get hung up on
They were very helpful I had to take a walker because my wheelchair would not fit into the car they helped me beyond their duties recommended 100 percent thank you all so much
Horrible customer service I do not recommend for anybody. They do not answer the phones. I’ve left nine voice messages and I’ve called 37 times in 2 days now been 3 weeks I’m still waiting
Does not care about customers at all. Low staffed, nothing works. Didn’t even pick up the phone. Would give 0 stars if I could.
My first time their love the Christmas decorations but most importantly the staff was really nice the doctor was very helpful and kind and even though it was busy was busy I was there for an hour not even!
This office NEVER answers the phone, is ridiculous
I was able to get an appointment without delay. Once the glasses were ordered, and after three weeks of waiting, it was impossible to get someone answering the line or returning a call to inform about the progress of glasses. I would not recommend this particular place when dealing with Optical Outlets.
Wrong prescription
I paid more than $200 for a pair of glasses that didn't last 9 months. The quality is just terrible.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
