Not a very friendly environment. My entire appointment I felt like nothing I said mattered. She talked to me like I was stupid because I told her I have had these issues for years, nothing recent. They don’t explain anything. The dr didn’t listen to anything I had to say. She said she saw everything she needed to see, based on a picture taken in the beginning..there’s nothing wrong. I still had an “eye exam” but it was quickest and cheapest exam I’ve ever had. She completely missed my left eye with the sets of drops and couldn’t tell the difference. That was reg flag #20. I was previously diagnosed by 2 different doctors and now all the sudden I’m magically healed and just need darker sunglasses. I definitely recommend looking for other places. I ignored the reviews and wasted my time.

If I could give this place no starts, I WOULD!!! The staff is rude. No one listens to what you have to say. The equipment is FILTHY!!! It's like looking through a petri dish of who knows what! Let's hope I or anyone else, doesn't end up with pink eye. OH...!!! And make sure they take your insurance for sure. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Totally like going to the Welfare office for glasses. 2 Weeks later when they came in nobody called. When i went to pick them up, they just handed them to me in a case.No fitting them on or anything, COST $320.00. Never happen again felt dumped on

I have bought 5 pairs of glasses in this location. All of them have been bad, from the most expensive to the least. They take long to arrive. They don’t call to notify if something is not available or they don’t call to notify if anything has arrived. I don’t not recommend, not even for an eye exam. It’s better to be blind then to go somewhere, were they take your money.

Paid $75.00 for bringing my own frame.paid out of pocket $210.00.Insurance Paid $300.00. Ripping off Seniors.

This is my family's go to eye doctor and has been for over 10 years, I adore Dr. Maryanne, was just there today with my son's to have our annual exams and new glasses. Very caring and friendly staff! Thank you ladies ✌️💜

Service is great but do not expect to receive anything of what you actually paid for. I've been waiting for my contacts for the past month and a half, I get texts saying they have arrived just for them to say it's the wrong prescription and don't have it at all. They have given me contacts to wear meanwhile that are NOT my prescription or have any increase at all.... better off not wearing any at all. I keep calling and they HANG UP ON YOU. Even my mom went and they said they had the complete order, just for her to come home with the "complete order" of just one box for one eye.... And it's the wrong prescription. What can I say, it's a complete waste of your time. They were supposed to arrive in a week, so I've been using the daily contacts for a month and a half now, ridiculous.

What can I say???? If you can go somewhere else please do so this place absolutely SUCKS! ... First of all don't call They would not return phone calls even if you leave a message. My Dads glasses were damaged they said they would replace them, 2 weeks go by no call ... I leave a message no call back, So what do I do I drive 5 miles to the facility just for them to tell me no one placed the order then the next day I get a call the frames are discontinued but they're going to order them from another place, I call again to find out if they've come in I don't get a call back. I have to call corporate for them to call me, just plain ridiculous
