List of Optical Outlets's Reviews
Wait time was only about 15 min with an appointment and all the staff was very nice, helpfull, the optometrist was very knowledgeable. I was overall pleased with every step . East colonial location fla
This place Is a joke. I received a call saying that my glasses were ready to be picked up and when I arrived to pick them up, they had a total different frame than the one that I ordered. This is like the fourth time that I've been over to optical outlet trying to get my glasses repaired or replaced. I came back in January after receiving my glasses in December, because the piece that fits over the ear kept falling off They sent me a new frame and within one months time the frame that they sent me started doing the same thing so I took it back to optical outlet and the lady suggest that I superglue that piece on which I told her was unacceptable so they didn't order me a new pair which I was supposed to be picking up today and they sent the wrong frame they were not even apologetic about the mistake so unless you like being jerked around they should be the last place did you try to get glasses from?
You schedule the appointment online and they ask you all the information about your insurance and you get there and they want you to pay your exams and everything out out pocket because their insurance department is closed and they want to charge you even more than the advertised price. What a joke and a scam.
One month a go I order an payed my new glasses, still waiting
Lo peor de Optica no cojen el teléfono , cuando llegas están más de tres trabajadoras conversando lo único que me dieron buena atención fueron los dos del frente un señor flaco y la muchacha cubana
Pleasant “sales” person took my order for contacts. He quoted $89 first and then changed his mind and decided it was $139.00 for box of 90 Dailies Total 1. This is the highest price I can find anywhere. Why would the insurance pay this much and give the consumer less product. It’s a terrible way to spend my insurance allowance. I thought the price fixing lawsuits had put an end to these prices. Here’s a thought; let me buy my contacts in a competitive market and the insurance can reimburse me. More product for the money. But . . . No.
Spoke to Shahira today in front office. She was very nice and understanding and to resolve the issue with my sons glasses. Thankful for an understanding businesses that goes above and above to solve issues with our glasses. Thanks.
If I could give a zero I would!! These people are very unprofessional. They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. They do not check back with you after they give you the samples of contact lenses to try. They even got the prescription wrong. I put the contacts on and I feel dizzy because everything is blurry.
Quick and easy. Dr Tucker was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They weren't able to help me due to my eyes being so bad and needing cataract surgery on both eyes. But a very pleasant experience
Very pleased with Sara's efficiency at the Altamonte Springs Fl store. We were a drop in and seen to quickly despite it being quite busy on Sat mid day. Very professional and courteous, would recommend their services without hesitation. Witnessed good teamwork, as well. Thank you. MM

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
