I am a patient here now going on 2 years with a few different doctors. My last visit was with Dr. Gutierrez. I have been her patient for only about 4 or 5 months now and it was my 2nd visit with her. The immediate staff ( her nurse and medical assistant.) are so nice. They make you feel completely comfortable and welcomed. Her medical assistant (I am horrible with names) is so sweet. He has the best personality, is very through, professional and takes the time to explain things to you. Her nurse, again (names??) also very nice, professional, outgoing and makes you feel comfortable. It's a pleasure seeing them both. As for Dr. Gutierrez, she's great, always answers any questions or concerns I may be having makes me feel at ease, and has a great "bedside manner". I am really glad that we found her. I would reccommend her in a heartbeat! 😊

I waited about 6 weeks for an appointment, which wasn’t terrible for a specialist so I will give 2 stars. The provider I saw was through telehealth and he basically didn’t allow me to get in 2 words and blabbered on about how medications cause side effects. I don’t know what the point of that discussion is because I already know that. I was only looking to see if they could do ANYTHING to help me since every other provider I’ve seen has either taken my money and blown me off completely or tried treatments that have failed. I guess my situation is truly hopeless. Go US healthcare!!

Hoy tuve mi consulta de seguimiento en Orlando Health Neuroscience & Rehabilitation Institute Neurosurgery y quiero expresar mi profundo agradecimiento por la excelente atención recibida. Desde el área de check-in, todo fue muy organizado y profesional. La medical assistant Jamileth fue sumamente amable, paciente y atenta; me ayudó con todas mis preguntas y me hizo sentir muy cómoda durante todo el proceso. Siempre se identificó claramente y observé que siguieron todas las medidas de higiene, incluyendo el lavado de manos, lo cual me hizo sentir segura. También quiero destacar al provider Emmanuel O. Okelola, PA, quien me brindó una atención muy humana, profesional y dedicada. Se tomó el tiempo de escucharme y explicarme todo con claridad, lo cual es muy valioso para nosotros como pacientes. De verdad felicito a todo el equipo, porque más allá de ser profesionales, son seres humanos que brindan apoyo y tranquilidad cuando más lo necesitamos. Los recomiendo 100%. Estoy muy agradecida por la atención recibida hoy.
