My daughter was sick and the front desk clerks were so rude. No one picked up the phone and when I went in person it was as if I made their day worse. I was new to this office so I don't even know if the doctor was competent because the front desk was enough for me to change pediatricians right away.

Visited Dr. Deliwala 3 times. I didn't like her with the 1st visit but thought I was being over protective. There was another Dr helping with my last visit, he listened to me while she blew me off. I had a concern about a discoloration on the back of her neck, the other Dr gently leaned her forward to look at it. Deliwala flipped her over like a rag doll, making her cry. She doesn't cry over anything, which meant she hurt her or scared her. Neither of which are okay in my book. Working on switching pediatricians.
