Pasadena Villa Outpatient's Online Review Report Card

We had a very difficult situation with a young family member. For our family this was a good place. We felt our family member was safe there and could get the help they needed. They are doing much better now. We were very lucky and had a good outcome. Our experience was every single staff person was nice, friendly, helpful and always in contact with us. They worked with us to help our family member get better and were always informing us what was going on.

Haven’t been here yet but from reading the comments seems like it could be the place to get great help from my bad depression I’m still new to this decided to get some help

Overall one of the better experiences of my life. Went to a lot of good excursions, ate a lot of good food, met a lot of great people. Got the help I needed for my problems. Going to be very sad to leave but glad I’m leaving here helped out. Strongly recommend. Better than most places.

I am speaking for our entire family as having a sick family member affects each one of us in our own way. Nobody ask for this especially one one who happens to be sick. After almost two years of sue hung fir the proper care we finally found Pasadena Villa. Although our insure paid for some of the care we too wish it covered more. The insurance company’s do not care about the patients needs. We still chose to keep our family member there because this place was amazing. They all work as a team to get the patients to their fullest potential; doctor ( which we are glad we are still able to see her in private practice) , nurses (amazing and hard working) , therapist ( as the parent I was able to send emails and ask for help and guidance anytime which was so reassuring) , our daughter loved Curtis- recreational therapist and art therapist (she even made her a good bye card for everyone to sign) , loved the food , and David C from business office was outstanding. Lastly, if it were not for the admission intake person, Boe (I think that is the spelling) we would have never stepped foot in the door !!

No empathy or caring from the female admissions specialist.She sounds about 22 years old.Really doesn't care about people's problems and needs to be fired!!!$1100 a day to go here and they don't care to help uou in anyway of insurance doesn't cover it.Not impressed!!!

This facility saved my life.

This place was amazing. I suffer from bipolar disorder and this was the place to really treat me. The psychiatrist's put me on the right medications and really understood my diagnosis. The staff was incredible and there were kids there my age which made it much more comfortable. With anything that you are going through they can definitely help you recover. We did fun activities on Friday's we went on cool excursions. Throughout the week we had art therapy and other classes to help you with understanding and targeting specific things in your life that you can work on. They give you tools to be able to use in every day life after leaving. The food was great the chef's there made us 5 course meals every meal. Curtis was amazing he was the glue of the villa he always had a smile on his face and cherred me up when I was feeling down. He took us to the batting cages, taught cooking classes, and took us on the friday excursions.I really enjoyed my stay there and I'm happy that I'm healthier and was treated for my diagnosis. It was all because of them. I definitely recommend this place to anyone! I've been to a different facility before but this place was the one that really helped me. Thank you Pasadena!!

Awesome staff, really felt at home and part of a community focused on my betterment. Treated fairly and led step by step through my personal treatment, I now have the tools needed to succeed at life. Pasadena Villa Orlando put me on an amazing path and gave me hope for my future. Thanks!

I am pleased with the facility and staff . I’ve had a relative there for 2 months and the care he received there made a difference in his life. He felt like part of a family. The therapist did a great job in putting him back on his feet .They took a personal interest in his progress and I am sure this boosted his advancement towards getting well. It was worth the investment.

It’s a great facility, wonderful staff and treatment center. I have done indoor rock climbing here but it’s more than just fun outings it’s a place to heal and get better.
