Dr. Thurston, himself is great. His staff is great. The reason why this is getting a 1 star is the overall business they work for, Upperline Health. I called about severe pain after injections which led to an ER visit. I called 4 times to be seen about this and never received a response. I had a bad bill from them which they are charging me for a service that isn't even on my records. 2 emails and 5 phone calls, some being 40 min on hold and this is still not resolved it. Stay away from here, like all the other negative comments; they will not call you back. You're not calling the office with these numbers you're calling the company, so don't be surprised if you have the same issues. Such a shame for a great Dr and staff.

Have called the office three times and have received no return call. Their voicemail states if you call before 3:30pm, they will return your call the same day, they do not. The doctor was nice and helpful, but I’m not sure what’s going on with the staff. Therefore, if you have questions or need an appt., forget about it.

Trying to reach them for two weeks no answer at the office . Before that left few vm for insurance person no call back . Dr was nice. It’s just the office people that are not very helpful .

Had been suffering with pain in the ball of my foot for 2 months, Doctoring under another dr. For planters wart with no relief. When my son recommended. Dr Thurston. He was able to see me right away. Their I found out it was a blocked sweat gland, treated, healed in 1 week, walking normal once again. With no pain I must add. After $350.00, for a month of treatments for the wrong diagnosis from the other dr. Truly impressed by the office staff and can’t sing Dr Thurstons praises enough!
