I was told I would be an ostomy patient for the rest of my life, Dr. Williamson was able to change that. He is very good at what he does and well worth the wait at the visits.

Dr Paul Williamson is THE BEST! He took care of me like I was his grandmother. He made sure I was ready for the surgery by doing tests to see if my body was ready for abdominal surgery for Colon Cancer. Then after surgery he placed me on a VERY ATTENTIVE floor of nurses and he and his team checked on me each morning. I was SO VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIS EXPERTISE!! I felt SAFE in his care because he and his team explained everything!! I was BLESSED to find such a GREAT SURGEON!! My healing has been trouble free. THANK YOU, Dr Paul Williamson!!

All I ca tell you I feel that he saved my life. Another Dr all most killed me I was so badly infected. I was so happy-to meet with Dr Williamson’s I called he saw me right away. I can’t thank him enough its been 11 years I am doing great at 85

Strongly recommend. Has been my Doctor since the 1990’s. I lived in Hunters Creek area when started seeing him, suffered from birth defects that lead to Doctor Williamson having to take my large intestine out when I was in my late twenties and have much success. He regularly takes care of me and would never trust another Doctor to take care of me. I drive over a hour to keep him as my Doctor. He treats you as you were his own family. He has helped me live the best quality life at 58 years old. I consider him my Doctor and friend. He has been the best Doctor, will never find anyone like him.

I've been going to Dr. Williamson for over a decade. He's operated on me twice. He is the BEST! He has a specific protocol and he is precise with his approach. He does this to ensure the best outcomes for his patients. He's one of the few doctors that explains very clearly what to expect, addresses any question openly and honestly, and he CARES about his patients. The staff at the hospital commented that Dr. Williamson is "picky" and specific about what he wants done with his patients and they also said that none of his patients ever come back with complications. The last thing Doc said to me before going to surgery was that he "had my back." That meant so much to me. I felt like we were partners and in it together. I never doubted that I was in the best hands. I had a good experience. Great result. I wouldn't go to any other doctor.

I wanted to wait for my 3- month post-surgical status to write this review. I'm in the final stretch of my cancer gig and finishing up with my adjuvant chemotherapy. Following my colorectal cancer diagnosis, my primary objective was to find a surgeon who I thought could help me through a very scary time of my life. I am grateful that I found Dr. Paul Williamson. Dr. Williamson is not only an excellent surgeon but a compassionate and caring physician. I found that I could talk openly and feel comfortable sharing with him all my cancer concerns and fears of my upcoming cancer surgery. Dr. Williamson always gave me his time and never made me feel rushed. I felt that Dr. Williamson was genuinely interested in helping me. In conclusion, I have a great deal of gratitude for Dr. Paul Williamson, who I credit for saving my life and giving me a cancer-free future.

I have been going to Dr Williamson for years. I love the fact that even with all the patients he has, he still takes the time to explain what’s going on, what to expect. His staff and assistants are always friendly and accommodating. Yes, sometimes the wait is a little long, but worth it. Being a caring and considerate Doctor, you spend unexpected time with your patients. If you want to be rushed and treated like cattle, Dr. Williamson is not the Doctor you want. But, if you want to feel like someone cares and understands, this is the place.

I found Dr. Williamson to be meticulous in his care before and after a total colectomy. His years of experience gave me confidence and assurance that the surgery would be a success. If it were not for Dr. Williamson, I would not have been able to move forward with my life. I will forever be grateful to this incredible surgeon.
