I had surgery last Friday and was extremely pleased with the professionalism and efficiency that Sand Lake Surgery Center provided in my care. Everything was done exactly how they said from the contacting me prior to surgery, to the length of time I would be there and the follow up contacting. It has was reassuring the care from the front desk, to the pre surgery nurses to the surgical nurses that I was in great hands. The anestesiologist and nurse anesthetist were great also! Thank you for all the care you give. It was truly appreciated.

Most unprofessional people and disorganized place they should not be preforming surgery at all my advice to people beware of this place not worth your money .

Wish I could give this a negative rating. Back in Sept 2019, when I arrived they me me pay the balance that my insurance would not cover. Not a problem with that - I paid the balance. Almost a year later I received a refund check. Ok so everything should be good right! Yesterday I received a letter from a collection agency and my account was turned over to them. They said they just received my "case". I NEVER once received a bill from Sand Lake stating I owed them any money - plus I got the refund check a year later. Why would I receive a refund check if I owed them money!!! Worst way to ran an office!!!

I went for a labrum hip repair and everyone was so nice and helpful. I was informed of all the medications that was given to me and everyone made sure that I was comfortable. The nurses and staff made sure that I was relaxed because it was my first surgery. I am forever grateful that I had them by my side. They even sent me a thank you card. Thank you so much!

Had ACL Surgery and the procedure and care was good but dealing with the billing department is ridiculous! They require an upfront $358 prior to the procedure. I asked for a detailed invoice so I can be reimbursed by my FSA. The clerk was apparently unable and referred me to the billing department. I've been calling for 2 weeks and always get the answering machine. Heaven forbid you have more complicated billing issues.Don't have your procedure here!

I was a patient here for a surgery, the nursing staff was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. The facility was clean and I was overall impressed and happy with the care I received

My surgery was moved here due to the uptick of covid cases in the area. I was nervous about this as I am used to having surgery at the hospital. I was very happy with the entire staff from the time I walked in the front door until they rolled out to the car. The facility was.clean and not once did I see anything that gave me reservations. I felt safe every step of the way. I truly appreciate the care I received from the professionals at Sand Lake Surgery Center.

This review is for the billing department and it is the worst I had to deal with. I had a surgery near the end of 2020 and paid for the co-pay on the day of the surgery. It took them close to 4 months to resolve claims with my insurance. It turned out I overpaid. I have been trying to contact them the last 3 months to check on the refund status. To date I still haven’t received my refund check. Called the billing department numerous times and 99% of the time it went straight to voicemail. Left several voicemails but nobody returned my call. This is no way to run a business.

I am scheduled for orthoscopic surgery Friday I get a call saying it was cancelled because if my bmi body mass intake.all the know is my weight they have never seen me or know anything about my size besides height and weight. Kissimmee surgery center has same guidelines and has done surgeries on me no problems. Just because my weight says I'm big doesn't make me like other people my height and weight everyone is built different. So to me how can you tell anything if you never seen me before

I had a orthoscopic surgery yesterday. I would be remiss if I didn't give a review because I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy and friendliness. Everyone was nice but I wanted to point out that nurse "Ms. Sky" and "Ms. Myra" made me feel like I was at home with caring family. Indispensable nurses that made me forget any anxiety about the procedure.
